  2nd time ordering form this company and i am absolutely delighted with the camera, So far, I am impressed. The auto-focus is really impressive with some zoom lenses. Focus peaking in live view is fun and useful. Touchscreen works like it should. I have yet to get it outside at night with a telescope lens but I am looking forward to it. Best of all, Murphy's outlet has excellent product support that goes well beyond what is offered by the manufacturers and other websites.

  I bought a GoPro at a very good price, very easy to order and delivered from New York in 3 days. I also liked the way I could track the package. It hasn't been tested yet as it's a present but it looks great in the box! I'm sure it will work fine and based on my experience so far, I'm confident that if there is a problem with the camera, I would gladly recommend Murphy's outlet to Friends and Family.

  After many days of researching I found out that Murphy's cameras had the best price for the lens I bought from them. Regular email updates meant that I knew what was happening so that I didn't need to contact them to chase things up. Can't wait to use them again. I am very pleased with the refurbished lens, it looked like brand new when I received it.

  I placed my order online 5 days ago. I had an automated response the following morning. Payment method was cleared quickly and I was kept informed every step of the way.   I can recommend Murphy's outlet without any reservations. I purchased a Tamron Zoom lens and they updated me on the status of the order throughout the process from initial order to delivery.   Used Nikkor 100-400mm z lens Ordered online on a Saturday in anticipation of it arriving within 5 days.After having some delivery issues, it eventually arrived 2 weeks later. However, the customer service was great, was kept informed where my order was. My calls were answered promptly or missed calls were returned quickly.   Great company I bought a second hand Sigma EF lense it was great. Swift service and excellent customer service.   The camera that I ordered online came in perfect condition and was delivered really quickly. I would definitely use Murphy's outlet again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to my friends. the prices were also very reasonable and in comparison to other sites I checked, Murphy's was much cheaper. Really glad I used the site and the camera works perfectly and takes amazing pictures. The camera allows me to use a lens designed for a smaller sensor so crops accordingly and for the photos I have taken picture quality is good. I Couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable shopping experience!

  I bought a Sigma lens which turned out not to work. Two months to fix it And when I went to the shop to find out where the repair was going, I was verbally and almost physically attacked by the owner (blocked from accessing their shop by his colleagues) Something really embarrassing. Obviously the glass still doesn't work. Not recommended! The only courteous person is the gentleman with glasses.

Lens Leica E39 UVa II Filter & M-Adapter When you are in the market to buy new equipment which cost $$$$$ its wise to be prudent to find a company with a good reputation. As more people buy on line you are not tied to geographical locations but can spread the net over a larger area.   Quick, efficient, great customer service! I knew that Andrew clearly took customer service seriously when he offered to hand deliver my new camera to me in the Charlotte, Michigan! As kind as the offer was, I decided to stick with the courier. Within a week of my first contact with Murphy's Outlet, I was unwrapping my new toy - a Canon EOS 90D. The package was well wrapped ensuring no possible damage during shipping, and the documents were in order allowing for a speedy pass through Customs. Throughout, I was kept informed of all progress, responses were quick and friendly and Andrew was kind enough to slip in a US-compatible power cord. A great shopping experience!

  Had to wait several weeks for delivery emails to Murphy's Outlet. Though to be fair the staff's break came just after my ordering the item, and also the FedEx workforce wasn't really "on the ball" Murphy's Outlet was quick to reply to my queries and did offer a full refund if my item was not delivered within three days. The item arrived next day and I am very satisfied.

  BIG order, BIG savings, BIG on customer service What a superb experience!! I placed quite a large order for a Lumix DC-S1H, 70-200mm f/2.8 Lens, Lexar 128GB pro 1667x UHS-II SDXC and Panasonic DMW-BGS1 Battery Grip!! When i spoke to Graham on the phone, Murphy's Outlet were not only able to match competitors, but were able to beat them substantially!!! My transaction went smoothly without a hitch and i was kept informed at all stages about my delivery, with my order arriving exactly when Graham said it would.   Great customer service problem resolution! I bought a Canon R6 with the EF-RF adapter from them by trading my 5D MKIV and the camera grip. It took longer than expected to arrived and at the end I end up retuning the adapter because came without a box. The refund took a 1 month to be issue but at the end I got it along with an upgrade on my warranty as a apology for the delays. The customer service through out the process was great and at the end with the resolution I’m more than happy. Their staff were always helpful and always looking after their customer. I’m really happy with my R6 and I haven’t had an issue since then. I will definitely will buy from them again as I’m looking to fill upgrade to RF system. The customer service was great.

  Good value for money and good service but delayed despatch My only complaint is that I had to chase for delivery of lens purchased. Despite being initially told i would receive within 5 working days it took nearly a month. I am happy with my second hand lens - condition as stated and good price. Customer service was good whenever I rang to enquire when I would receive my lens. Very happy to order from them again but not for urgent purchases.

  Prices are always best at Murphy's Outlet and service is really prompt. I have been buying photographic items from Murphy's Outlet since 2014 and have had consistently good service. I live in Canada and have never had any items damaged in post which is a tribute to the care they take with packaging. Their prices are extremely competitive and I would rate my purchase history as 100% satisfactory. I can sincerely recommend them to all and sundry.

  Fast and Accurate I've been shopping at Murphy's Outlet since the days of their downtown store. Delivery is fast and accurate. The product description is on target. My only complaint is the FedEx shipping service which frequently has a tendency to dent their shipments.

  5* for Murphy's Outlet but looses 2* for choice of courier. I paid $15.99 for next day delivery to my beach front address as we'd be out next day then we were heading off for a few days. Got an email saying it would be delivered between 07:00 - 23:00. They tried to deliver it at 23:45. My 95 year grandma nearly tripped herself at someone ringing her doorbell at that time of night!! As a result it wasn't delivered until a couple of days later so by that time we were away and didn't get it until we got home.

  Great variable filter for the money. The 82mm is my second Tiffen variable ND filter, along with a 77mm. I live in Panama, close to the equator, and it's really hard to get by in all the harsh light without well-made ND filters. Two thumbs up for Tiffen! I purchased on a Murphy's Outlet daily special and got a great deal. I highly recommend it.

  Easy pain free buying experience. Absolutely delighted with my purchase of the Canon 500mm f/4 lens, I was dubious at buying online as I have had such bad luck with some online companies, however ordering from Murphy's outlet was quick & trouble free.   I received my package within 4 working days and i live in Michigan. No problem whatsoever, excellent service.   Nikon D780 This is my first camera from Nikon and so far i love it, its well built and the quality is awesome.
