  Called into the new Louisville store and was immediately impressed with the wide variety of camera/video/printing equipment available. All that means nothing if the staff have no expertise.   Murphy's Outlet- Top Leica experience Just traded in some gear for the Leica SL2s and lenses. Goes without saying that Leica make exceptionally good equipment, but the experience is enhanced by Luke and his team at Murphy's Outlet in Louisville. Luke went out of his way to overcome the current supply issues for my order was able to source and deliver my equipment within the week. Luke is a Leica shooter, so is well qualified to give great advice based on his real world experience. The part-exchange prices are also very competitive

  I have made numerous purchases form Murphy's outlet over the years. They have yet to disappoint me. Typically I purchase high end glass/optics and rifle scopes. I am a big fan of Vortex optics. Murphy's always delivers all my items in the quickest and safest way possible. You will be pleased with their service.

  Excellent company, useless DHL Must admit was really upset by the DHL which is taking money for delivery then not doing it as promised. Paid next day delivery and not received my items. Murphy's Outlet did whatever they should perfect and as promised so big 5 stars for them and 0 stars for DHL

  Great selection of products.. I was looking for a chest harness for my Sigma 120 - 400 mm lens. I like to do water foul and land foul photography. Taking a trip to drive the Florida Keys and don't want to have to use a tripod all the time. I could not find a harness that specifically supported this size lens. I was connected to online chat with a photography professional that sent me to a link for a product that will support what I need. Excellent Customer Service feature.

  Sort of OK. I have made purchases with Murphy's Outlet before and on such a large purchase this time, I didn't want to trust in any other supplier. Communications were good (considering the pandemic) and everything arrived the next day after the order. Annoyingly, I just received an email from Murphy's Outlet 1 week later offering the same Nikon Z camera and lenses I bought, offering a saving of $540 Taxes!! That has taken the edge off my experience somewhat. I would have gone for some lighting gear or another lens had I known or waited 1week!

  Sold some not used Camera Gear, quick and easy. I wanted to sell some now unused Camera Gear, a Body and Two Lenses. Was offered a reasonably fair price and sent them away to Murphy's Outlet on a free collection and delivery. Received a Quote for sale after just three days of delivery and accepted this.   Super fast delivery. Ordered a film scanner on a Friday. The order confirmation said it would arrive on the Monday, but actually arrived the next day, i.e. Saturday morning. You can't ask for more than that. The reviews on the web site were useful, so pleased no shocks once I started to use the scanner.

  They don't give my money back! Worst customer experience. I didn't want an item anymore. They said they would refund my money and then they said that they need the item back to do it. It's been more than 1 month and they are keeping my money and don't even attend my claims. Give my money back!

  I am so disappointed with this company ....it is not Kentucky based and I am still waiting for an order placed on 21st November!! I have emailed on numerous occasions ...none answers the phone .I had two supposed UPS tracking numbers but one stopped after "your package has been dispatched and the other on 3rd December stating cleared customs !! I am so angry and disappointed as this was a gift .

  Just popped into the New Louisville store in Kentucky, met the regional sales manger ( apologies if that’s not your title) he was messing about with the new Fuji display. All I can say is if he and the staff treat you the same way the looked after me the new Louisville store will be a great success and the Fujifilm stall will cost me thousands lol only reason they are not getting 5 stars is through a bad experience in the past !!!

  This is by far the best experience for online purchases. The website is easy to maneuver and has very detailed information of the items being sold. Just about every product sold is a quality product too, at least all of the products I have purchased have been of high quality. The free expedited shipping is outstanding. Can't speak of their customer service, since I have had any issues with my orders. Overall, this is a great company/website and I highly recommend purchasing here. I am constantly telling my friends to check out this site.

  I was able to compare a number of lenses for my mirrorless Canon and was able to review a number of lenses. I would up with the Sigma version because of some of the specs and liked the larger filter size. I also ordered a dock so I could update the firmware. Everything was on point. Thank you

  Before ordering, I telephoned the company to check some details. There was no delay and the answer was clear and informative.   Ordered a Panasonic LUMIX G7 from them because they were the cheapest by far with good reviews. It was promised for delivery in 2-3 working days and it arrived the following morning.   Olympus MC-14 M.Zuiko Digital 1.4x Teleconverter Can't give it a rating because it doesn't work on my camera. It does not fit my Panasonic 100 - 400 lens that fits my Olympus camera. Regrettably I am sending it back. Hope that Olympus or Panasonic comes up a replacement that works. If anyone has an answer, please let Murphy's Outlet know.

  Excellent I bought a Haida M10 Filter Holder Kit from Murphy's Outlet.   Ordering process was fine but the local delivery was hopeless! The one hour delivery window promised by Murphy's camera when ordering wasn't fulfilled. I had to take the day off work to be available to sign for the camera which was extremely inconvenient. Because of this I will think twice before using Murphy's Cameras again, which is a shame as I find the store's service generally very good.

  First time using Murphy's Outlet for a Vello Deluxe Auto Focus Extension Tube Set. Everywhere else was $30 more at least. It was marked dispatched within 12 hours and arrived a day earlier than estimated. Packing was fine, item arrived in perfect condition. Would use again!

  Fast Postage, Great product The seller shipped fast. The item when received was well packed and a genuine product. Fedex, however, took one week to deliver the package and could not explain why once it landed in other receipient. This is beyond the sellers control. Id happily buy from the same seller again

  2nd time buying from Murphy's Outlet and they are still very informative (with pictures of what you bought etc). Responsive when it comes to emails, and my only issue is the tracking. Parcels are taking long to process due to the storm according to FedEx.

  My first experience with Murphy's Outlet I ordered my Nikon D500 on a Monday late afternoon and, after being informed that it was out of stock and told to await fresh stock, had it delivered to Salt Lake city nine days later. Overall I feel satisfied with the service and prices offered by Murphy's Outlet, the only snag being that your emails sometimes require some chasing up to be given attention. Otherwise, to be recommended

  Excellent service! Got my new Leica DG Elmarit 200mm f/2.8 lens at nearly half the price! Lens shipped from Kentucky to Arizona. Was pleased to see the USA version with an American charger!! There was an additional adaptor included nevertheless. Highly recommended

  Ordered a Leica Elmarit-M 28mm f/2.8 ASPH. lens on Nov 8, 2022. Received the lens on Nov 13, 2022, via DHL in a very well-wrapped and secure package. Murphy's Outlet sent numerous emails through the process, I especially, liked the heads up the delivery company may try to collect duties, and just ignore the emails from them.   Great price and shopping experience!! This is the second time I purchased photographic equipment from Murphy's Outlet. They replied to my inquiry quickly. Online ordering process is quick and straight forward. The item was shipped in the next working day (from New York), which arrived two days later.   As described, Good price, Prompt shipment. I saved hundreds of dollars on an Underwater Camera and was able to afford a much better SD card than if I had purchased on the High Street.   Ordered a Nikon Z6II 14-30, 24-70 and 70-200 as my travel companion this Christmas, all arrived ok after 19 days. The Z6II has a European serial as had my D610 I bought several years ago. I saved about $1500 this time. I have a Z9 on order from my local dealer, but for the rest I'll continue to use Murphy's Outlet.

  Good service with a small hiccup I ordered a Nikon 3500d kit but received an email a few days later saying it was out of stock. The staff offered a discount for a D5600 and a 2% discount on top of that so they did compensate for their mistake. The camera 📷 was then shipped without any issues

  Ordered a hard-to-find Canon EOS R10 at a great price on Thursday. Received my order shipped to Vancouver on the Friday of the following week. In the mean time Murphy's Outlet gave excellent support by sending an email outlining possible scenarios the delivery company may present such as outstanding fees etc. Murphy's outlet assured me no other fees were necessary on my part, and that should I be presented with such, to refer the matter to them, and they will handle it. Love my new canon camera so far and will return to Murphy's outlet for future purchases and recommend Murphy's outlet to others. All in all a great purchase so far.

  Sony 24-70mm 2.8 lens Lens arrived today, and in sealed new box. I am very impressed with the customer service Murphy's Outlet provides, really top notch.   They have all the best cameras and lenses. Only improvement I can see is informing the buyer when their order is shipped. I had to dig around to find out that it had been shipped. However, shipping was very fast and although the box my DSLR camera was poorly packaged, there were no dents and it looks intact.

  After reading the reviews I was very worried ordering with these guys. But I have to say my experience was great. The tracking number does take 4-7 days to be sent to you and a next 3-6 days for your product to be delivered. I sent a few emails to them regarding my order & they were very helpfully & replied within a 2 hour span every time. I am based in NJ by the way, I hope this helps!

  Murphy's outlet was particularly very helpful with my purchase. Canon was slow in making their delivery but Murphy's communicated faithfully until I received my lens. I am very pleased with this purchase and the prompt service provided. It is a much higher quality lens than the previous one that I had. My only complaint is that it took a while to get used to the added weight.

  Murphy's has always been great, but with this latest purchase of a camera they just put the camera box in a larger box for shipping, without padding, leaving the camera box loose inside. It arrived fine, seemingly, but I would have liked more care.
