  Good experience. Website is good and the selection appears to be much more diverse than anywhere in Kentucky. Me and my wife both ordered from Murphy's Cameras this Xmas. My wife also had a pretty good experience. Her package was pretty shook up and camera case got cosmetic scratches in the package, but that is probably not the fault of Murphy's Cameras. In summation it think Murphy's Outlet is the best vendor of cameras in Kentucky at the moment.

  Murphy's outlet had a good deal on the Nikon Z6 II camera lens with an accessory package that made it a great deal. Ordering the equipment was easy and the free shipping terms allowed me to get the equipment quickly. So far I am pleased with my purchase and feel this system will work really well for me. I would also highly recommend Murphy's as a source for folks looking to buy quality gear at a good value.

  Honest & straight forward advice with an assurance that if not completely satisfied a purchased piece of equipment could be returned. However, a return was never in question because when both items were received they were better than described. Thank you to the two members of staff I spoke with.

  Camera order was fine however UPS who they use is useless. Their tracking is non-existent, they just state that it will be here next day and then it doesn't arrive. Then the same every day until it eventually does. That's not tracking. - its mere speculation. Two wasted days waiting in for it. Additionally, no instruction manual in English so had to buy one online adding to the cost. Received 4 manuals in other languages. I would have bought it elsewhere if I'd known. Be careful when you purchase to find out this.

  I contacted a sales associate to ask about tripods to fit my needs and the associate was very helpful and patient.   I'm happy with my new camera, but when I ordered it, I ordered an extra battery not realizing a charger didn't come with the camera. Murphy's suggested the extra battery, not the kit that included the charger. Now I have to buy the kit with an extra battery I don't need in order to get free shipping and be cost efficient. I now will have 3 batteries. It would have be helpful for the kit to be suggested not just a battery.

  Great microphone and fantastic service from Murphy's outlet. I ordered a mic for the purpose of online teaching and it has certainly improved the delivery with very clear sound quality now achieved.   Murphy's outlet was, once again, showing that they are on top of this game. The Canon EOS R10 and pretty much all canon products are hard to get, so I had to get on a waiting list. I was notified, I bought the camera and and extra battery, and both were on my doorstep in a matter of days. That is top notch service. Well done Murphy's, I'll be using you again.

  I went to Murphy's outlet looking for the Canon R6 Mark II and it wasn't in stock but they told me I could purchase one and they would send it to me when it was back in stock.   I have been buying photo equipment from Murphy's outlet for 15 years. Only once during that time was I ever disappointed. It was not Murphy's fault, but my order was not shipped timely.   Absolutely horrendous customer service. Ordered a Camera from Murphy's outlet my first mistake. Followed the tracking of the Camera and this involved a number of delays but out for delivery. I Phoned their customer service numerous times throughout this process and was informed I would be kept updated, but of course I never did. I’m now waiting for a refund, but only God knows when this will be.

  I'm a professional photographer and this is my choice of camera store in the area. They have extensive range of cameras and other photography needs at low prices. Customer service however, can be obsequious on trying to upsell protection plan and extras. Like dude, I'm a professional photographer, I know exactly what I want.

  Put off by Grey product passed off to my daughter My child.saved up for months to buy a new camera they Murphy's Outlet. Had a problem with it and returned to Nikon only to find out it is grey market. Had no idea there was such a thing and would never had bought. Maybe it was in fine print. Very very disappointed.

  Wide choice and great prices I got my DSLR and Lens kit (Canon EOS Rebel T100 with a 18-55mm) here. Shipped fast and arrived in no time.   Murphy's outlet keeps getting better and better with ecommerce. First I was blown away by the Nikon D610 and today's experience buying my new lens was great too. You can always buy a bit cheaper elsewhere, but the savings are so negligible and I know Murphy's will stand behind the purchase.

  I've used Murphy's Outlet in Manhattan but unfortunately they're closed now. Came to Manhattan's store and was greeted promptly and assisted by staff who were friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend them for any of your photography needs.

  I needed to upgrade, to jump into the digital age of better quality cameras.   My whole experience with Murphy's outlet was faultless. The ordering system was very easy. The tracking system for my package was OK.   Awesome company! Awesome products! Superior service! Purchased a new riflescope that had to be immediately returned due to issues unrelated. Customer service was quick and took care of the matter in less than a minute.   Excellent service all round So far I’ve bought a camera and a lens from Murphy's Outlet, and have been very happy with the product, price and service. Last week the lens working, I got in touch with the company who dispatched a courier to pick up the lens within days. They have arranged a replacement, and even sent a partial refund because the lens has been reduced, how many places do that? There Customer Services (Luke) were excellent, very helpful. Only good things to say, thoroughly recommend.

  I usually buy all my camera equipment and lenses through Murphy's outlet. I love the online shopping experience, and the shipping is amazing. I just purchased a USB microphone for my DSLR. Murphy's shipped it overnight for free. That's fantastic, couldn’t ask for more!!

  PayPal only Although the ordering process and delivery was faultless, the payment page would only allow PayPal payments. There was an opinion to pay by card but each time it was clicked it took me straight back to PayPal. This was very inconvenient and needs addressing.

  Bought an excellent Nikon D5600 and as new 18-140 Nikor VX lens for very reasonable prices. Good advice over the phone. Stupidly got lens filter size as an extra wrong but replacement very easy. All round v good service and perfect pricing.

  Best Selection, Competitive prices I've been a regular shopper for years, and probably always will be. I shop locally as often as I can, but local purveyors just can't touch the selection of Murphy's, and their sales staff can't compete on product knowledgeability. The prices are about as good as you're going to find anywhere. I use Murphy's prices as my negotiating point with local retailers. Plus, they are a source for professionals, so they take their service and reputation very seriously. These guys are the best; really.
