  I placed an online order on the 22nd December 2022 and have still not received the item or any follow up correspondence. Trying to call the number from their Web page is constantly engaged. Will be seeking a full refund. Very disappointed

  on to wait for a couple weeks without receiving my order. Called and apparently the film is out of stock, and told to call back if I hadn't received my order next week. Called back again 10 days after not having heard anything from them, still no sign of stock, no reasonable replacement options. Asked for a refund as no solution was suggested by them.

  We bought a pair of binoculars from Murphy's Outlet online as the price was very good. There was a problem with the delivery company, but the people at Murphy's Outlet were quick to respond when we told them it hadn't arrived and Tim was very helpful and arranged for a swift redelivery.

  Card reader bought using Murphy's Camera vouchers I phoned up to order a card reader and pay for it using some Murphy's gift vouchers I had been given. The assistant easily identified the one I wanted, entered the order and took the voucher details. The card reader arrived very promptly. The small balance on one voucher can be used in the future. It is shame you can't use the physical gift vouchers on line yet, but that is a very minor matter.

  Customer Service I just called customer service to ask advice on purchasing a macro on-camera ring light for my Sony a7sii and the person I spoke to was very helpful. Her advice helped me make a decision which I was having a difficult time making on my own, will definitely use again.

  Just received my Sigma 105mm f/2.8 lens and am extremely pleased. It is just as I thought it would be the customer service from Murphy's outlet was awesome. From answering my questions, to follow up on my order and then explaining the international shipping process, everything was very professional and my purchase came before I expected and there were no problems. I am looking at getting another telephoto lens for my other DSLR camera and am sure it will be through Murphy's outlet. Great Job

  It took over a week to ship the camera I ordered with no updates. That’s unacceptable. They don’t price match either and I saw the same camera at Best Buy for much cheaper. I won’t be shopping again at Murphy's outlet

  Had an issue with a warranty on my Nikon camera and was having trouble getting a resolution. I reached out to Murphy's outlet and was contacted by Emmy. She was amazing and helpful and stayed in communication with the vendor and is the reason it was successfully resolved. People like Emmy are the reason I will continue to use Murphy's outlet for all my electronics purchases. You simply can not get the same level of customer service through the other online options available.

  Having spent many hours trying to source a pair of Tiffen filters on Sunday in a particular size I eventually came across Murphy's outlet. Seeing that the price was so competitive I decided to check in. Matt replied late Sunday afternoon which was great as I wasn't expecting anything until Monday. I purchased the Filters immediately after his response and they were delivered at lightening speed on Tuesday. First class service and very competitive pricing

  Great service and prices but don't always to get your goods on time if ever. They use DHL and it can be hit and miss it you get delivery on time. Customer support always helpful but are tied down by the hit and miss delivery by DHL. Will not use them again until they use someone as good as FedEx how as up to yet never missed a delivery.

  Cheaper and faster than other suppliers I had been after the Lowepr o Flipside 400 AW III backpack for a while. Murphy's Outlet were nearly $130 cheaper than the next cheapest dealer, so I snapped one up. It arrived the next day. Couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommended.

  Happy to take my money and I was assured I would get a compact flash card and not a SD but a SD card came. I complained via email but they wouldn't reply. That was late January and it it now new year. Also serial numbers do not match and they keep telling me it is okay. Luckily camera is working fine as there's no follow up!

  Poor customer service aftersales On a number of occasions I sent messages to Murphy's Outlet over weeks but got no response from customer service, eventually after sending them a bad review got a bad reply. I will not be dealing with them again l am sure my $800 will be welcome at another camera shop.

  Bought a Tamron 14-150mm f/3.5-5.8 Di III lens and couldn’t have had a better experience. Ordered it late last Thursday and it arrived early the following Monday morning. I only paid for standard delivery but bantered the chap who made the follow up call that I didn’t need any filters but would love a quick delivery. They delivered! After an appalling experience with B&H New York, I’ll not hesitate to use Murphy's Outlet in the future.

  Experience great until delivery. FedEx are hyper variable depending on region so be sure you won't get what they promised I got who marked my address as "unfindable" which was odd as he did it when the app said he was at least 5 stops away. "Next day". Not feeling the $45.95 value of next day delivery when you let them not even attempt delivery.

  Another Perfect Transaction I researched Murphy's Outlet in 2019 when I bought my first Canon 5D mark iv from them and had no problems with the transaction, speed of delivery or the camera itself. I have just bought a new mark iv from them with a lens and it cost less this week than it did two years ago with no lens! They called to check I was happy with everything and the camera arrived in record time. I am very happy with my transaction and would highly recommend them to anyone.

  Terrible customer service They ignored my emails for a week. Eventually spoke to their support service who informed me my items were in the post. Items did arrive, a hood (not OEM ), pouch (massive) and a charger. Some extra stuff I presume as compensation. So they did try and rectify my issue. Not happy at all. Really, really bad customer service.

  My Nikon Z6 had a dusty sensor and I was too nervous to tackle cleaning it myself . I took it to Murphy's Outlet who did a brilliant job. They explained the process thoroughly and took before and after images to show me the results of the cleaning process. Definitely will use them again and recommend to my photography friends!

  I recently dropped my camera and need to claim the loss back on insurance. Unfortunately, I had lost the invoice for the camera which was three years old.   BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!!! Great company selling the exact same products as most high end stores in Kentucky. HOWEVER, buying from Murphy's Outlet is much, much cheaper. You save a lot of money and I am glad I found Murphy's Outlet! Would I recommend them ? YES! Would I buy again from them ? YES!

  Very helpful customer service I needed a replacement battery cover after my sister's instax mini 9 camera was dropped on the ground during her wedding. Albert was very helpful and sourced a new one and sent it free of charge. Very happy with the customer service and my sister now has a fully functioning camera again!

  Repair damaged my camera Sent my camera in for warranty repair and it came back damaged and without the strap lugs which are needed to attach the neck strap. They scratched it up a lot. Sent them pictures and waiting to see what they will do as a remedy. Can't read what was repaired.

  Poor repair service I had to return my Vario-Tessar FE 24-70mm f.4 lens to Murphy's Outlet Louisville for repair. Overall it was really poor as they charged me for the repair and it came back with the same fault it went in with. So I returned it to them again and (hopefully) they have repaired it but it came back to me in a DHL bag with a mid-sized cardboard box and the lens in it with no packing whatsoever - no bubble-wrap or foam or peanuts! I am flabbergasted that a supposedly world-class camera company would treat a customers' expensive lens so carelessly. The only good part of this Murphy's Outlet experience is Andrew the manager who is very helpful and shepherded the repair through the second time.

  L-bracket wrong incompatible even after confirmation I ordered an l-bracket after being assured by Murphy's Outlet that it was compatible with the camera. It isn't! It was delivered quickly but just thrown in a l-brackt without a delivery note. Very shoddy service that is unlike Murphy's Outlet but they have to explain to someone why they have no birthday present.
