  I ordered a Canon EOS R7 and received it after 5 days. The camera came in a sealed box, and was brand new. The store supplied tracking information, and contacted me to check that everything was ok after I received it. This is one of my best online shopping experience ever. Bravo!

  The worst customer service experienced to date. I still don’t have both items I bought in Nov (now mid Jan), they can’t deliver a correct invoice as requested multiple times and have eventually confessed they have been informing other customers about my order. I wouldn’t order even if all shops in America closed up and will never use again.

  I was actually ready but on the fence to purchase a Fisheye lens from Murphy's outlet but when it became available in the Deal Zone reduced by $200, it was a no brainer. From their first contact, they have been more than helpful, in any transaction or query. I am simply impressed. In fact I have just ordered a lens hood and with their prompt and efficient service it will soon be here.

  Excellent service and friendly helpful staff Murphy's outlet was the only vendor that had the Fujifilm X-T5 camera in stock and at a reduced price with an extra year warranty, delivery was on time and the camera was very well packed. I was very happy with the service and they will be my first port of call the next time I buy any photo gear.

  I have bought a Sony a7 III plus numerous lens and accessories from Murphy's outlet. The staff is top notch. I've been buying from them for 5 years now. Even when I was a beginner they treated me with respect. They are top shelf, knowledgeable and just a great bunch of folks.

  Avoid this unprofessional company. Ordered Canon 5d Mark III with 70-200mm Lens and after 11 days of waiting for it to arrive I was issued a refund without my knowledge and marked as "customer changed their mind" with absolutely no explanation given. Totally unprofessional. 0 stars in my book. Never recommend this company.

  I am very pleased with the Sony a7 IV camera, kit lens and extra SD card, batteries and software that came with my order! Ordering was simple and the camera was quickly dispatched and delivered.   Buying the Fuji X-H2S body from Murphy's Outlet After seeing the new Fuji X-H2S body at the Photography Show in New York I was keen to see and handle the camera again. The staff provided the body and lens that I was interested in, compared it with the Fuji X-H2S and were able to provide answers to my questions and details of current offers. There was no sales pressure and I was given time to consider before deciding yo buy.

  Murphy's Outlet provided a good product and service however their courier, DHL, leaves a lot to be desired. They need to employ a more reliable company to deliver, as after five unsuccessful ‘promised deliveries’ we ended up picking the goods up from a shop.

However when I went to collect it and wanted to buy some other bits I felt the salesman really did not have much knowledge of products available or even where they were in the shop. He was very pleasant but I would have liked someone who knew about cameras.

Contacted them via e mail a few weeks later, asking about a suitable cable release for it.I received a quick and helpful e mail , with details of which one I needed, so i purchased it straight away.   My order was not in stock. The general advice on the website was 8-12 days. In reality it was a lot longer. After a month I started to make email complaints which were ignored. Eventually I rang and asked to speak to a manager. He agreed that they were not delivering a good service and he personally kept in touch with me for the next two weeks which it took to get delivery and ensure I was happy. It is a shame to have to complain to get basic information, but the service after was exceptional. Down to one person going the extra mile and wanting to prove they can be good..

  Trust Murphy's cameras for used gear. Murphy's used stock is always good and thoroughly checked over. They recently allowed me to upgrade a used Nikon D300 to a D700 within 7 days with no loss on the original purchase and another time they sent me a Nikon USB cable free of charge when one was missing from a used body I'd bought (if that's not good service, I don't know what is.) I've bought both in store and online - recommended.

  Fair price on hard to find quick release plate. I purchased a Manfrotto Q2 L Bracket for my MT055XPRO3 tripod. I love this head and needed another quick release plate, but they're hard to locate. Murphy's Outlet has them, and at a fair price. My favorite photo store!

  For Ilford HP5 Plus 35mm the usually shows the cheapest price to advertise well on google shopping then when you fill all the information the charge you $16.88 more than double other companies for the same product. I don’t like companies which are not clear and hide the information.

  Confusion their end - Solved happy with items. Second hand items were as described very pleased. Had a issue with receiving an email by mistake, then receiving one item later then expected with a parts missing. Kind of issues you wouldn't expect when spending $3,000 . All solved now, but was a bit of panic/worry at the time as it was the first time using Murphy's Outlet.

  Showroom was great to help see the products to decide. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, we did receive some misleading information relating to the product. I believe this misinformation is from Samsung but wanted to make sure the feedback is given.

  The experience in the shop was great as everything is well laid out and the shop assistants were on hand to advise. I would give 5 stars for that part but unfortunately ordered GoPro brand despite overpricing because I expected it to be high quality. The charger was DOA - never worked at all. There was many complaints on GoPro support but the company has continued to push its products.

  Serious lack of staff to deal with me, waited half an hour and still nothing. Walked out in the end and got two of the three products I wanted else where.   A lesson for the snobs at Amazon I was looking for Beseler darkroom enlarger , Marshall Retouching dye and Fuji bleach fix and replenisher and I found that Murphy's was beating Amazon and the big boy’s hands down on price by almost $5.00 per product plus it was free expedited delivery. I asked Amazon if they would price match Murphy's Outlet and not surprisingly said no we only match the major players, my reply to Amazon was you flipping snobs. Well done Murphy's Outlet in giving the Amazon snobs a run for their money, keep up the good work. The camera arrived after only about 3 days and I was kept informed of the delivery details at all times. Everything arrived well-packed and in good order.   Good prices, Rapid delivery I ordered the new Leica D-Lux camera. It was well priced and arrived within a week. Interaction with someone from the company was courteous and timely. The only improvement I would suggest is better order tracking capabilities - these do not seem to work on their site

  A pleasure to deal with,like a local shop! I ordered an item which was not released by the manufacturer, their communication was second to none and they kept me informed at every stage. When the item came into stock it was immediately posted to me by courier who informed me the estimated delivery time within 1hour time slot, saving me having to wait in all day. (at no extra cost).   I grabbed the Kirk LP-68 for my 200-600mm f5.6-f6.3 Telephoto lens, and it works very well. It is long enough that I can also use it as a 'handle'. When not on a tripod, the foot can fit comfortable on your hand and allow rotation of the zoom ring. Andrew was extremely helpful, allowing me to make a good choice. Would definitely go back again.
