  Recently bought a Canon RF 100-400mm f/5.6-8 lens for my camera and I absolutely fell in love, the lens shots are very crisp and clear picture. Murphy's outlet also shipped the lens very quickly and it arrived two days after I ordered it and I was very pleased. would recommend to anyone!

  Accessories weren’t great, DJI is incredible DJI is fine. All the additional bits I got as part of the bundle were flimsy, the selfie stick came already broken so I had to buy a new one. Propellers was good but wish I bought the camera by itself and got the accessories elsewhere

  I needed to amend a delivery address but couldn't get through on the phone. I called and left a voicemail (17th Feb 10:00am) and received no response. Called again later that day but still no one answered. I also tried via the chat line on the website but was unable to resolve the problem. From a personal perspective their aftersales service leaves a lot to be desired. I've awarded 3 stars because the item (delivered to the wrong address) matched the description in the advert.

  Went in early to see about a possible trade in but had to go home for a lens to part exchange and it was much busier 11.30am. Advise go early. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Have to say they don't encourage you to waste your money on upgrades if there is no need and this has been my experience on several occasions. Totally trust their judgement. They give you value for money.

  I love the shop in Kentucky and the price are on the average, my only problem is that I refused an extra warranty on my purchase but the sales assistant probably misunderstood and he activated that warranty ($70/per month)

  Well I give 5 stars to Murphy's Outlet for sending via FedEx to avoid further delays especially over the Christmas period. Regarding the time of placing the order to receiving quite honestly I would not give even 1 star. I am not sure however that it would be fair to blame Murphy's Outlet for the delay, I think the likelihood is that the manufacturer is to blame for not being able to meet demand.

  Received my Canon EOS Rebel T7 a few months ago and have had no problems since. Questions were answered promptly before purchase and phone was delivered in less than a week to Chicago. Tracking was provided and the package was well bubble wrapped. The telephoto lens, included in my package, is awesome! It allows me to take a picture of a bird, way out at sea, and then zoom in to identify it. It does have it's limits in distance for shots. Overall I would say I am very happy with the camera package. Great price too!

  Good service The order was turned around quickly and delivery scheduled for the next day, so I arranged for someone to be home to receive it.   Having said that, the rest of my dealings were excellent. The Panasonic Lumix S5 II and Lumix S 20-60mm f/3.5-5.6 lens were out-of-stock but I wasn't asked to pay anything until they came into stock (by which time the listed price had gone up substantially), I was kept updated by email and when my order was available customer services processed my payment (at the original price) & arranged delivery for a day of my choosing.

  Opteka 72mm 0.3X lens adapter The vignetting stays the same size while the image gets less and less in size, as well as defocusing. I have to scale up the image in post to 115% to cut down the vignetting. The overall quality isn't completely up to par with my new Century lens, but it's well worth the (much lower) price for me.

  Needed a SmallRig power supply baseplate for DJI rs2, which weren’t as common as I’d liked. This item came up, and with the more robustly built accessory I thought it would be better given the shorter OEM one that lasts weeks. Excellent service.   I purchased Canon EOS M6 Mark II here which came with the kit lens for a great price. Delivery to Salt Lake took 7 days. I have been using the camera for 2/3 months and have had no faults. Then I recently ordered a Canon EF-M 32mm f/1.4 STM lens for it and once changing the lenses I realized the Canon EOS M6 Mark II didn’t come with a cap for the body or the rear of the lens , which is a little frustrating.

  Had bought from these guys before but through Amazon, noticed they had their own website on the packaging so went direct. Arrived very quickly, cost less, and hopefully the company will get more of the money without Amazon taking their chunk. Product is again brilliant, decided to buy Pentax K-3 mark III and DFA 150-450mm lens for nature and wildlife photography. This company had them all, at a reasonable price and with the adapter they’re much more flexible. Couldn’t fault their service and will be buying all my future photography stuff from them.

  Communications were good, The customer service is great and the website answers almost all of one's questions. I ordered on a Panasonic Lumix S1H on Sunday and it was in my hands on Friday. So far I have only paired it with an older Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 lens and I am blown away by the beautiful footage this camera can produce. Highly recommend Murphy's outlet to others.

  Efficient and personal service, great prices. I pre-ordered a Z6II and Nikkor 300 2.8 so had to wait until it arrived at Murphy's. They kept me informed with delivery dates and rang me as soon as they received their stock. I received my camera the next morning. The courier service was excellent and I was given a one hour delivery window and the camera arrived at the beginning of the timescale. Perfect service. I will use this company again for sure.

  Awesome company. I recently bought a Canon 90D camera from this company. I cannot fault them in anyway.   Outstanding camera! I bought this Sony A7SII camera for my husband as an early Christmas present. This camera has more bells and whistles that give him a lot more options.
