  Great staff, and plenty of them on hand to help out. Needed to get the sensor checked out on my Nikon z fc 28mm after dots started appearing on my photos. A two day sensor clean was the solution and actually it was ready to collect the next day. Great value at $30.

  Lack of information On placing the order , an email confirming the order stated a further email would be sent with tracking information when the order was shipped . No email was sent with tracking info . I had to phone to get confirmation that my order had been shipped . Not good enough

  Nikon EN-EL18d Camera Battery Purchase was as expected The battery seemed to be a genuine Nikon OEM battery for my camera and is the right size and fit for my model, so that was absolutely satisfactory. Only small point to make is that it took almost a week to arrive which seemed rather slow to me.

  Fast delivery and perfect device! It was from Kentucky and it took 4 days to reach me. Actually did not expect it to be that fast so I was very happy.   Murphy's Outlet is awesome I wasn't sure about ordering a new Sony RX100 VII camera & lens with Murphy's Outlet, but I'm glad I did. Prices are way better than anywhere else, shipping was super fast (even though it came from New York), and the team was very responsive to all questions and kept me posted as soon as the item was shipped. The only very minor issue, is that the camera manual only came in German:) but I downloaded one in English from the internet so all good.

  Excellent service. I was slightly dubious buying from an online company based abroad especially as l was wanting a high end camera lens. The price was very good so l gave them a try. Delivery within 2 days, company has office address and phone number (some websites have only phone number), customer chat response to question very quickly, requested order was cancelled immediately within 12 hours as stated. They warranty what they sell that is great. I trust this website and will buy again.

  Ordering good, delivery poor Ordering was easy, delivery was named day (3 days). However, although tracking showed the lens at the local delivery office, the lens was not delivered. I contacted Murphy's Outlet on Thursday - "probably due to manufacturer's fault", they would check and get back to me. I called again late afternoon - no progress. It arrived on Friday, still no call from Murphy's Outlet.

  The website is easy to navigate and contains lots of useful advice. When I called the store with a query, they called back promptly with the answer. Having shopped around a fair bit I found Murphy's outlet to carry a more comprehensive range of cameras than most suppliers, and to be very competitive on price. My Nikon D750 and accessories were delivered, securely packaged and on time. Overall shopping experience was very satisfying. I won't hesitate to recommend them to friends, nor to purchase from them in the future.
