  B W 77 The lens does not distort the image so in that way it is good. But handling the filter is difficult. I use a film camera and I need to know how many stops I am taking away from my exposure. The markings on the filter are not clear. It is just dots instead of numbers.

  Slow shipping, decent price. Once I placed my order there was no communication on when the Nikon Z7II would ship. Actually took two weeks to receive it, and when I sent email about it I got a response saying typically it's 3-5 days. Customer is king folks, Ask Amazon!

  Throughout the entire shopping experience, Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive.   Based on my prior knowledge of Murphy's Outlet I decided to go ahead with purchase using my PayPal but felt disappointed with my visit. The store's rep did a sterling job and yes I could have gone elsewhere but wanted a local shop I could get help if required.   Mavic Air 2 This was my first ever Mail order Murphy's Outlet purchase I have made due to shops all in 2023. The drone set up was fully assembled and ready to fly when it arrived. Communication was excellent through out the purchase from the email enquiry to the delivery which was made at the weekend as promised.   Don’t buy from anywhere else They say service isn’t what it used to be. ‘They’ clearly haven’t visited Murphy's Outlet. Have bought a few things from Murphy's Outlet now. Same consultative valued service whether buying $5 cable or $1000 camera. Made to feel very welcome, happy for me to test for >1 hour and honestly recommended cheaper alternatives, will price match, super knowledgeable but not snobby about it.

  Great place to try out lenses The guys who work there are really helpful and knowledgeable about lenses and telephoto/zoom. Helping me with finding things around my budget and being able to try them all on. They were patient and didn't force me to buy the first day I went there to try.   Canon 5D MK IV and Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 lens I ordered a Canon 5D MK IV and Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 lens for an upcoming Milky Way shoot in the Pacific Ocean. The 5D MK IV arrived without the lens, and the money for it hasn't been taken from my account, which is good. However, rather than spam mails to write a review on how great the Murphy's service was I would much rather have had some indication of when the missing lens will arrive (I'm leaving in 3 days?).

  What I like most is that you/we can look around without any staff constantly asking you if they can help you. Today I wanted a Canon RF-3 body cap and after trying several the model I wanted wasn't on display, I asked an assistant and he got one out of stock.   Top Brass Photographers& Service Staff at the Cardiff store were so helpful regarding my Canon RP sensor needing cleaning. Unlike another NY company that stated it will take 3 days and $155.00 it was done immediately and free of charge!! Amazing to get anything for free, so I'm well pleased.   Seller I bought the G7 X Mark II from only only put the second line of the address when shipping it. They only put the city, state, and zip code on it. They left off the street name and number so the package was delayed about two weeks. Aside from that, they shipped quickly after receiving payment from myself.

  Canon EOS R50 The Canon EOS R50 is the most powerful camera I have ever bought. Very sturdy machine with good battery life. I've created marvelous portraiture work with the R10. I paired it with a canon's 50mm F1.8 lens and it truly helps get the most out of the camera body. Comes in a beautifully presented case. Would highly recommend to anyone, you will not be disappointed with your purchase.

  Excellent product, should of got it sooner I bought this Fuji XS10 for my husband's birthday and he absolutely loves it, its saving on messages.   With so many online scams I was reluctant to purchase a Nikon Z7 II camera online even though it was, “In stock” and less than I was able to find at local dealers.   Sony a6600 Mirrorless Camera is very quick to lock focus and does a great job tracking birds in flight. Used camera was exactly as described by shop assistant. Staff very helpful and made my decision to purchase much easier. Would use them again to purchase second hand lenses. Price was competitive compared to other used camera equipment suppliers.
