  Paid for expediting shipping to receive before travel. Received notice of my order shipped on Weds. 5/16 when a DHL label was created. But DHL did not process until 5/20 or ship until 5/21. Muhle attributed to "weekend or holiday" and kindly refunded shipping. But DHL essentially held my order from a Thurs. until shipping on a Tues. I'm not impressed with expedited shipping.

  I like the product but I really do not like the bottle , I was my beard when I am taking a shower, but since the bottle is made by the glass , i am not fell safe at all, what if I drop the bottle in my shower? the glass will break and spread everywhere , hard to clean, now I have to chang to a plastic bottle ,

  Upon entering the site, a popup suggested signing up with the site for a $10 off coupon. I was intrigued by the site's products, so I signed up and received a coupon code. Try as I did over and over, the coupon code would not work. In addition, some things about the site were a little quirky. Other than that, most things about the site worked as expected.

  I'm so disappointed. When I shave and my hand gets wet, the heavy razor slips from hand. But maybe I'll figure it out..?

  My first time using a double edge safety razor and I like it a lot! It does not irritate my skin like how disposable razors do and I can confidently shave almost every day or once every 2-3 days and get a nice shave. Could be me, but sometimes I have a hard time getting a super close shave but it shaves well enough for its price point.

  Tracking is simply useless- with International Tracking I expect information AFTER package left the USA. Nothing was seen after April 17th until last Wednesday 17 April when the Peru symbol with no further info appeared on the log, after which the Peruvian postal service called us on the 20th to collect. The tracking number CM232929217US appears on the copy of the Customs Label. Would it have been just too much effort to email me this number or to put it onto the Glopal tracking system? Number 2 point. I cannot retrieve online documentation for my order from Muhle or Glopal neither is there any info on the enclosed paperwork about Delivery Charges. So this is too primitive for what we call Internet Commerce. Number 3. The boxed razors were not secured against movement inside their individual boxes. The Razors are indeed beautiful but the transport is deficient. Two stars is a generous assessment.

  This is the best bear wax I've ever used and I've used dozens. I've even tried mixing a few to make some that i didnt know Muhle already made. I have a 4 inch long bear and this stuff keeps it in place while keeping it soft all day long. It's great.

  The products are excellent, the service people have been super helpful and fun to talk with and shipping has been timely. I had some difficulty on doing some things on line when ordering shaving soap and could not find an easy way to change an order without help but your service people came to the resque.   The brush looks excellent. My only gripe with it is that it has basically no backbone. It makes it tough to lather. If you need something that doesn't just flop over when you lightly press on it, I would get something else. It's definitely much less stiff than real silvertip badger.

  I'm a wet shaver and I use a DE razor. After years of using English badger brushes, I tried a small, Muhle synthetic brush and loved it. Over the past 2 years, I have bought a full-size synthetic and a full-size badger brush. They all work great and are my favorite shaving brushes.

  The site is good. Since i am new to this method of shaving. Been using a cartridge shaver since 1993. I didnt know the differences between the open and closed comb, the brush, the shave soap vs. the creme. Lots to learn on the techniques to apply. Learning as I go. I did appreciate that MuhleShaving sent me a allum block. I didnt know that i was going to need it. The search features on the site can be better layed out better. When i was searching for the allum block, its not under the skin care.

  I purchased a large classic silvertip brush on Amazon from seller eSource. Unfortunately what was sent was a travel brush. Amazon replaced it with the ordered item, a Large Classic brush. The brush delivered but within two months I noticed many bristles coming off the brush each day. I contacted customer support who was very helpful, and the brush was replaced (with a Medium size, not Large - but I was just happy to have a brush that wasn't falling apart.) The new brush works fine and is not showing any signs of losing bristles.

  This site is new to me. I had no troubles navigating through it and finding what I wanted. I love their products. I recently purchased a new razor and I love it. That make two I have in my collection. I wish they would have more sales. I really like the Rocca razor stands. Maybe a buy one get one sale.

  I have been wet shaving for a while now. I have a coarse beard so mainly open comb razors work for me. I have a couple of closed comb razors but the blade gap was too big, easy to cut yourself. I was reluctant to another closed comb razor, but I ran across the muhle razor and I decided to give it a try. My first thought was I am going to have to change to a more gentle razor blade. I tried my usual blades and I found out the muhle razor had just the right blade gap for a smooth shave.

  I searched for R89 grande twist. The results were for a rose gold shaver that had used “twist” in the description and other swag but not the safety razor. Knowing what I was looking for, I browsed through the safety razor section and found the twist variant with the bigger handle. A R41 and not a R89. I hope the search feature can be tested and improved.

  I have been enjoying a new-found pleasure of using the Traditional Chrome closed-comb safety razor and real badger hair brush. These are absolutely exceptionally-made, beautiful, and old-fashioned shaving instruments. What used to be a chore has truly become a pleasurable experience. The razor blades are also very smooth. Shaving my neck area has historically been something of a misery, as my skin there is sensitive, and multi-blade razors have caused irritation, along with wearing collared shirts at work. Since discovery Muehle, this has not been the case, and my skin is ultra-smooth and not irritated at all. Besides that practical enjoyment, I love seeing the instruments on my bathroom counter -- reminds me of my grandfather! Thank you for exceptional craftsmanship and service!

  Navigating the Site is easy, though, searching they make you discover more goods. Pricing is not low, however the goods are sustainable and all natural products. Quality of the goods are high, if not very high. In Europe they should say; typically German. Unfortunate a Laser Engraved Enthusiast is not to be ordered in the America's.
