  I like the curtains. They mute the sound. Wish they were red on both sides but I didn't notice they are white on one side. Shipping was tricky because I had to sign for them and I was never home when FEDEX came.

  Beautiful color and feel of fabric. Huge difference in blocking the west window morning sun. My toddler girls used to wake between 6 and 7:30 every morning, even though we had accordian shades that claimed to be black out. The light still came in around the perimeter. Now with the moondream over top, my girls sleep until 8 or 9am! (Bedtime is 9pm).

  The first time I wanted to place an order I had to call, because the website would not complete the transaction if I tried to pay by card. The second time I ordered I signed up for PayPal, even though I didn't want to, and was able to complete the transaction online. They still hadn't fixed the card issue. If the option is there to pay a certain way, it should work.

  I love the company. But the 100% Blackout curtain is extremely difficult to work with. I had ordered blackout curtains from Moondream in 2017, loved them! I thought I was ordering the same for our new home, but got wrong ones. Could only return one of 2 panels because I had hemmed one. But I immediately issued the return email, and reordered the correct ones. The ones that are fabric not the linen. The 100% blackout feel cheap, very hard to get wrinkles out, but are blackout.

  Easy site to navigate - and makes the searching enjoyable. But pay attention if you're looking at sale items. Some items on sale, are not the items in the photos. Many have grommets in the photos, but actually are pencil pleats, or already are out of stock. Customer service is great. Over all, I highly recommend Moondream products and their website. Thank you also for listing which product are Oek-tex certified! I really enjoy the website and the products.

  So my one complaint is that it says these weigh 7.6lbs. They are definitely close to 20 if not more. So the curtain rod I bought bent under the weight and I’m waiting for a new one I ordered to arrive. Can’t say how the curtain works til we get the new rod.
