  Shipping was fast. The curtains are just as illustrated. I chose them because I need to block the summer heat from west facing windows but don’t want the expense and total dark of external shutters. The amount of light the curtains let in is just right, and I think the heat reduction will be significant.

  The product is great. And it shipped immediately and was delivered on a Sunday. The issue I have is the difficulty of sending an email with a question before purchase. There was so much "Are you a robot?"stuff that the initial email didn't go through. I finally got one sent after much effort and switching browsers. I have never experienced anything like this.

  Great curtain. Works very well. Shipped fast. Receiving the package was a nightmare but that could be FedEx's fault. You have to be home to recieve the order in person and show your ID, or else have them ship it to a store where you can pick it up.

  Website easy to navigate, colors on screen were representative of what I received. Product arrived quickly and was packaged well and without a lot of waste.   I purchased a 'thermal curtain liner' since winter is approaching. If I wanted a plastic shower curtain liner, which is what I received, I could have purchased the same thing at Dollar Tree for $1.25, and saved myself $23+ dollars. Junk.... :(

This patented technology of microscopic metallization was tested in independent laboratories. Regarding its look, our lining is made to be attached behind your curtain (with the velcro tape), therefore it is true that it might not be very aesthethic on its own. However, please note we also sell thermal blackout curtains that might be more to your taste, you will find them here : *link* All our curtains and linings are made in Europe and we are very demanding on quality.   This is my second time buying these curtains. I am currently living in an RV in the middle of Arizona where is it like 110deg F outside during the day. These curtains have lowered my temp inside by like 20 deg F!!! They are amazing and I would highly highly recommend them.

  The thermal concept is good, but the Velcro attachment does not adhere to curtain. The shade immediately detached from the curtain as it was being hung and in turn the sticky Velcro stuck to the shade itself and removed sections of material on the shade. Very disappointing.

  Ordering was easy. A mistake on the original order was quickly rectified and the new order was shipped and delivered across the country in just a few days. On receipt, the velvet drapes were luxurious and easy to hang, enclosing the space and cutting the sound as advertised. We would definitely order from this company again.

  Reduces outside sound. Love the light green color, easy to hang. I did miss the part that they needed to be hemmed instead of could be hemmed with the tape provided. So purchasers need to order a length a little longer them needed. Good customer service. They let me know when a product that was out of stock was available. Thank you. I would order again if needed

  My issue with Moondreams is the turn around time. I ordered 8 108x56 inch panels, they arrived quickly but the box was damaged and 2 panels had superficial marks. I realized I needed additional panels and since November I was trying to reorder 6 panels. What a ridiculous wait time. The 108x56 white panels were not available until the end of February? 3 months? Crazy?? If I had not already invested so much I would have given up

  Hung up the curtains on Sunday for a home office that does not have a door. So far I’ve noticed the sound is deadened a bit, and helps with defining the office space; when curtains are closed, please do not disturb. Unsure with the hefty price tag of these curtains, if that is indicative of the amount of noise reduced. Time will tell. I’m keeping them, and have ordered another panel for a hallway that needs to be separated and sound reduced. Again, it’s a pricey option and just wish the sound was reduced more with how costly the curtains are.

  I received my order within 48-hours, which was a nice surprise since I was expecting 4-5 business days. My curtains were the correct size and were easy to hang. Most importantly there was NO toxic odor. Only the normal new fabric smell that only took about 3-4 days to fully dissipate. We had other sound deadening/thermal curtains from another manufacturer that after overnight exposure to their fumes nearly sent me to the hospital with respiratory distress and severe migraine. So know with confidence that these truly are eco friendly and are not made with any toxic materials. They significantly reduce a loud low frequency HVAC sound from outside, and combined with cellular shades we expect considerably more sound reduction. We had the first decent nights sleep in over a year since the curtains were installed. Temperature control of our bedroom has greatly improved. Our home is a drafty 148-year old farmhouse so the curtains are a welcome addition! Extremely pleased and will be purchasing additional curtains for the rest of our home.

  Customer service was very helpful in determining the exact blackout drapes we required. Initially, I ordered drapes that would require ironing and we have some in the guest rooms that are microfber so just launder and hang to dry. Customer service sent me the link to the product we desired and contacted me when the drapes were in stock and ready to order. They are a nice enhancement to the guest rooms at our bed & breakfast.   Had to wait a while for our item to come back in stock, but once ordered it was shipped very promptly. We got the sheer thermal curtains, and they were easy to put up and have a nice airy feeling that is just what we wanted. We can already tell that they're helping to keep heat out, which was our main motivation in choosing Moondream curtains. Very pleased with the purchase.

  We had a couple of sets of blackout curtains in our guestrooms when we bought the inn 5 years ago and fortunately one panel had a tag so I knew which vendor to contact. The current ones are microfiber so very easy to wash and hang dry. Customer service was extremely helpful in assisting me to purchase the correct material for our guestrooms. There was enough inventory for 2 rooms and we are waiting for one order to arrive and more inventory to complete the other 3 rooms. Thanks so much for your assistance!
