Review collected by a third partyAbsolutely fantastic service by Melissa Carraher !She was responsive and explained all the questions I had regarding my commercial auto insurance.The whole new insurance was done in 15 min (compare to other insurance company that you need to spend 1-2 days and will be asked to send a lots of unnecessary documents ..""like your wife driver license or ""Loos runs"" proof from previous insurance company) Highly recommend Melissa from MIS to every one looking for insurance! Review collected by a third partyTHIS IS A LOVE LETTER TO KEN FROM MIS insurance. He is the result of a panicked google search at the dmv and its turned out the be the best google search of my life. Ken takes extra time and spends extra energy making sure his customers are not only happy but able to afford their insurance plan. He also gives you his cell phone number to call and text which makes him so easily accessible. Thanks to Ken I was able to un-suspend my license for no insurance (the same day ...he saved me 2 dmv trips), and then 8 months later he helped me create an insurance plan that fit into my budget, got me the coverage I required and allowed me to afford the new car I desperately needed. Ken I can not thank you enough!!!! Thank you for caring about your job and about the people you work with. Thank you for being so kind and helpful and willing to try new things!
