Review collected by a third partyI've been a client of MIS Insurance for several years now. I highly recommend Melissa. She's very smart, sharp, and friendly. You can just tell, right away, that she knows what she's doing. Personally, I like to pay this particular bill once per year and Melissa helps get me an even better (albeit only slightly better) deal when I pay for the year upfront. Bottom line - I really appreciate her and the extra effort. I get so many emails that things get lost, but Melissa's annual texts FEEL more personal - and I just downright like her & trust her - she provides fantastic customer service! TO THE BOSS OF MELISSA: GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE - SHE DESERVES IT! It's in your best interest to retain talent like hers!! Thank you!
