    I ordered from Gracious Style, got messages from UPS that my package from another vendor would arrive soon and I was very confused. When I needed help returning an item , the customer service person was very friendly and , of course, helpful. When I made a mistake, customer service was on top of it. Can’t say enough nice things about costumer service. They really mean customer service!

    I placed my second order for a set of antlers in February. It was expected in April. I inadvertently ordered a second trio by mistake not remembering I already placed an order. When I realized it I called customer service to cancel. I had a good experience. The original order finally came. It was wrapped very well and I’m happy with my purchase.

    The website was fine, I did not have any one on one contact with a person BUT the entire purchase, which took about two years for delivery, worked out fine! They kept me informed of the status of my order throughout this time. The item was delievered with no damage.

    I ordered this item in December. The original shipping date was in January. When that deadline passed without any notification, I sent a request for an update. I think I sent several requests after that as well looking for shipment status. I gave this rating because I expect good customer service, and Gracious Style should have sent notifications when the shipment dates were changed, rather than me sending the requests.

    The reason for the bad review is that I did not receive the correct items. The 4 items were the wrong color. They sent the white lacquer instead of the silver/white lacquer and I am still waiting on the replacements.

    I called the contact number to find out if I could get several items in a short amount of time for a brunch I was hosting. The representative said she would check with the local distributer and email me if the items were available and could be shipped in time. I received the email the next day and ordered the items. They arrived safely and early having been very carefully packed. I’m so appreciative of service like this in this age of automated, endlessly nested web site contact bots. Shipping wasn't fast, but it worse to wait. Everything was packaged very well. No broken pieces. I am planning to order tea cups and teapot in the future.

    I ordered a Simon Pearce item from a large luxury retailer and they canceled my order because it was outbof stock. They did not bother to ask itbi would wait for them to order another one so I was not pleased. I then ordered from Gracious Style and they followed through and were able to deliver the order so I was very pleased. It took longer than the initial estimate but they provided updates and I am pleased overall.

You placed the order on November 29, 2023 and we sent you an email that your order has an estimated shipping date of December 14, 2023. As mentioned on our website, we do our best to ship your items within one week. Some items may be back ordered, or they may have to be special ordered from the factory. In those cases, we will notify you of the expected ship date by email. From the time an item is shipped, shipping via Ground Service generally takes up to 7 business days, while shipping via Second Day Air service takes about 2 business days. Your order shipped on December 13, 2023 and delivered on December 21. 2023.

    The item that I purchased is not the item that I got. It is no longer carried by the manufacturer.     The curtain rod hooks are not the same color as the rod (has a red undertone) whereas the rod is a true antique gold. I have not hung curtains yet so I’m not sure how noticeable it will be.

    Two weeks to receive my order seems to be standard with Gracious Style. This is simply too long. Your competitors do not take this long! Once I finally received my order, it was the wrong item/completely different finish. I then had to PROVE that I, indeed, received something different than I ordered. Where is the customer service in that? And now, the item that I DID order is just going into production, so I will be doing well to receive it by mid-January!

    I purchased a rug which I love. When I purchased it, I was told it would arrive in about 6 weeks. When the 6 weeks passed, I contacted customer service to see when I could expect it to ship. What impressed me about Gracious Style is that my emails were answered the same day. They even contacted the manufacturer to see when the rug would ship.

    Unfornatley the center of these plates is so small my sister (they were a gift) can't use them for appetizers. The food would be up in the rim of the plate. That being said she went to return them and the FedEx charge would have been $25,00 US to send them back. She refuses to pay that much to return them so she is just keeping them and most likely throw them in the trash since they are unusable (to her). I should have read the return policy more carefully, since I would never send a gift where the recipiant may have to pay to return them. Sad, but I will never order from this company again.

    The product we ordered is of high quality and we are happy to have received them. But - the order was placed in August and delivery was made in October. Between August and October I had no updates from Gracious Home. Once contact was made it was acknowledged that shipment would be made in October. Once that problem was solved, a delivery problem surfaced. On this the service department was really terrific, above and beyond it trying to track down the UPS package. Planets in retrograde I guess.

    I ordered these mugs as a set of 4 on July 3rd. When I only received 3, I called and was told one mug was back ordered til September 5, even though it was presented as a set of 4. I looked up my order after 9/5 and the date was again delayed to October, so I cancelled the order and bought the one mug elsewhere. There was never any correspondence explaining the delay…it was up to me to follow through on my own. Poor customer service!

    no you did not. i had to look up the order myself to see what was happening. i even called to inquire why i didn’t receive the “set of 4” (i assume one was broken during packing). when i looked up the order on 9/5, it showed a further delay of an October date, which prompted my cancellation of the order.
