This company is unprofessional and inept. They did not volunteer any info about order unless I pursued it. I originally made my order on November 4, 2024 and received it randomly on January 14, 2025. Good thing I happened to be working from home, or my chaise lounge would have been left outside in the snow! This item had to be reordered after the first one was list, which I understand, but the communication was poor every step of the way. I was provided tracking numbers with no shipping company info or link, etc. Will never use this company again

It is 2025 and the time between order and delivery of almost any product is one week. Two weeks at the most. This company apparently advertises product for sale that it does not have in stock, orders it wholesale after receiving the consumer order, then ships it in no particular hurry. We waited almost two months from the time of order to receive the product. The only reason we waited and did not cancel is because we couldn't find it anywhere else. This will not happen again and we cannot recommend this company to anyone for that reason.

The platter itself is great no problems there. However it took us over two months to receive our order. Every time we inquired about it they said it just takes time. We are fine with waiting but it would have been great for a heads up. They should state that some items take longer to ship. They should also have a team who knows what is happening and can give us proper information. It wasn't until the third time reaching out that the sales associate told us that it was out of stock in the US and shipping from a different country.

THIS transaction started out very good as customer service was able to get a direct shipment to me from Jay Strongwater. and it made it by Christmas!! Excellent - right??? no so quickly. ended up that a duplicate had also been shipped. That was 12/23. My main issue is with the timing of my order processing, communications, and delivery. I ordered on 12/11 (receiving an automatic confirmation on that date) and also on that date via a 2nd e-mail, it was expected to ship on 12/20. I received e-mail that it shipped on 12/13 that it had shipped, It delivered on 12/19. My expectation is that the order would deliver before 12/18 (which was also before I left to go out of town) and this order failed to meet my expectations. When I returned from out of town on 12/28, the product was well packaged and as described.

The order was placed on Oct 6th. After 5 weeks I had to reach out to you with an inquiry. After 2 days I received an auto-reply with no uselful information. After another 2 days I was informed of the discontinuation. The coupon that you sent was only valid for 7 days which wasn’t enough time to be useful. Excellent customer service! I had ordered 10 Varga Crystal Springtime clear, cordial glasses, as shown on the Gracious Style website, back in October or November of 2023. I was advised that it would take months to get delivery, as each piece is handcrafted, I did not expect that it would take nigh 11 months for delivery so imagine my disappointment when delivered shipment turned out to be the wrong style glasses!. I contacted customer service and they immediately got on the case, allowing me to return that shipment and getting the correct glasses to me within a month or so! Because this coming Thanksgiving is a special occasion for my family I was anxious to have the glasses for the dinner. I explained the situation to Customer Service and they contacted Varga Crystal and made it happen! I received 10 beautiful lead crystal cordial glasses in the Springtime design last week. I am grateful to Gracious Style Customer Service and in absolute awe of the craftsmanship of Varga Crystal artisans. The etchings on the lead glasses are exquisite! I ordered a teacher a ring holder the beginning of September from some of her students. It got backordered and 2 months later was finally shipped to the teacher without a note or gift card so she didn't even know who the gift was from. A mom told her it was from her students.

The order sat for weeks and it seems like they didn't even realize it was submitted. When I contacted them to follow up, they shipped it the next day. Then, they only sent 1 of 2 pieces I ordered. When I contacted them about it, they asked for photos of the packing slip, the box, the packing material, the shipping sticker, etc. As though I was trying to scam them. It was 1000% clear that they couldn't fit two items in the box they sent. Very frustrating experience.

Some items may be back ordered, or they may have to be special ordered from the factory. In those cases, we will notify you of the expected ship date by email. In your case, the item needs to be ordered from the factory, which is why it did not ship immediately. When you report a missing item from a shipment, images are required to file a claim which is why we needed the pictures. However, our records show that you reported the missing item on 9/28 and it was delivered to you on October 2nd.

I fell in love with this pitcher which was used by the waiter to pour water at a wonderful New Orleans restaurant. It is so unusual and charming that I had to have one. I needed to return due to size- I was most disappointed that no return label was provided… I needed to take time from work to go to the post office to get the item back to them. When I ordered, it was not disclosed that the product was on back order and would not be delivered for a substantial period. Then, the piece arrived damaged. Apparently, you have agreed to replace the item, which is most appreciated as it was a gift. I received a call from Ayana’s to inspect the damage, but I initially thought it was spam and deleted the message. When I realized it want, I tried to follow up with UPS but was not able to get through to a person and the telephone prompts were not at all helpful.
