  I ordered a Panasonic LUMIX FZ1000 II camera but they cancelled it a day before it was supposed to be delivered and refused to ship because they didn't have it in stock. I was told it would be shipped when it was available but It has been 3 weeks and it still hasn't been shipped.

  There is no small customer for Madison Avenue Cameras I am from Canada and ordered this product, along with a RS-80N3 remote switch for my Canon 1DS Mark II camera, a LP-E6 battery pack for Canon and a 8Gb extreme compact flash card, from Madison. The products perfectly met my needs and the order processing and delivery service from Madison was excellent, even though my order was of small scale. This is my second very satisfactory experience with Madison. I was able again to see that there is no small client for Madison.

  First purchase at Madison Avenue cameras. I love the OLYMPUS M.Zuiko lens and the price was right. It was delivered well packed and came in early.   Excellent Upgrade. I called before ordering and was very reassured to have all my questions answered. After I ordered, My Fujifilm X100V camera arrived very quickly and was in better condition than I expected. As an owner of a X100F the camera is a great upgrade. The improvements are definitely appreciated and the new lens is a major improvement over the old one. Finally, kudos to Madison Avenue cameras for their quick fulfillment, service and expedited shipping. Great overall experience.

  I've always had a good experience with my orders. I buy most of my photographic equipment, plus other equipment from Madison Avenue cameras and there is no charge for shipping. Nor is tax charged. Both of these save a few dollars and over time, that adds up. I've never had to return anything and I've recommended them to many others, who have purchased equipment from them.

  Great ball head but very poor shipping service The Oben BA-126 Ball Head is an excellent value when compared to other manufactures products which can be more than twice the price. I ordered on March 17th and FINALLY received it on April 5th! Madison Ave Cameras' used something called FedEx Super Saver Mailing Service, should be called the Sluggish China Silk Rail Service.

  My experience was quick and easy. I was in market for a Nikon D500 so I searched for an online Camera store and came across Madison avenue cameras. Interestingly their price was competitive, So I decided to give them a try and I have to say it has been a pleasure dealing with them. The Camera was delivered on time and in perfect condition.   great customer service I bought this monopod two years ago and it was starting to collapse with weight. Madison Ave Cameras immediately hooked me up with Oben customer service who repaired the monopod under a 5 YEAR warranty. They had it back to me in about a week which was fabulous.   Such a successful first swap. I was recommended Madison Avenue Cameras' by a couple of photographer friends. I got a really good price for a practically new DJ Osmo and it then only cost me another $60 to get a nearly new 17mm lens for my camera, which arrived looking brand new and packaged properly! I won't go anywhere else for buying, selling, or swapping! Brilliant service, really easy, really fast and really helpful staff!

  Great Customer service & Products I did some hard research before purchasing. A photographer friend recommended this company. I am so thankful for doing both. I am a beginning nature and landscape photographer. This Panasonic Lumix G7 camera bundle gave me everything I needed to start. Ordering was very user friendly. Had to call the company and ask one question and ended up ordering it with that individual over the phone. Shipping time was very reasonable and items were in perfect condition upon arrival. The company themselves offers tech support and tutorials for life with their products. Have done one tutorial so far and am very impressed. I will continually look to this company for my tech needs, as well as refer others to them. Their customer service is above anything I would have ever expected. Highly recommend the camera and the shop itself!

  A great way of getting good kit at low prices I use Madison quite often and this time bought a Manfrotto tripod. It was graded as well used but it works perfectly well and any wear is difficult to see. Very pleased with my purchase especially at the price.

  Better Than Described The Nikon D800E was described as having a number of minor marks, scratches on the LCD screen and paint damage on the body. I bought it for the low shutter count and reasonable price and was willing to accept cosmetic damage as a consequence. When I received the camera, it was packed in the original box and had all manuals and accessories. On examination, there were absolutely no marks on the LCD, only on the plastic cover and the finish had rubbed off the lower edge on one side of the camera, so was not normally visible. I am very pleased with the camera and can recommend Madison Ave Cameras' for it's under-stated descriptions. I have always received goods and service from them that exceed my expectations.

  Still useful kit at great prices I bought an Olympus OM-D EM-1 mk 1 body. Very pleased with it too. It's way cheaper than the current top of the range equipment but performs almost as well, in my hands at least. I'm thinking of part exchanging some gear for another one.

  Superb service and quality item I was after a 17-40 F4L Canon lens, I looked at various sites but I felt Madison had a good selection, I ordered one and it was with me the next day, the lens itself was in mint condition however it didn't have the lens hood. I queried this with them and they came back to me to say that lens I had ordered didn't have the hood but they had a spare and would send it to me. I have now received the hood which is immaculate. I am very impressed with the item and the brilliant customer service I received, I will definitely use them again.

  Item was mis labeled Ordered an underwater camera housing which was labeled for a specific camera. When it was received was not for that camera I had ordered specifically for this camera case but a completely different camera. They refunded me for the case however I now have an older camera which I spent money on just for this case that I am never going to use.

  Amazing Price and Service I saved over 35% on the Nikon website price by buying from Madison. The delivery was quick and the communication good. My camera developed a manufacturing fault and under the Nikon Warranty Madison refunded the money within minuets of my submitting a repair quote. I am VERY impressed and will buy again.

  Love my new camera. Don't forget to order the memory card. My d5600 camera and lens were shipped quickly and by expedited mail. Everything looks perfect. My only regret was that I didn't read things carefully. I overlooked the fact that a memory card wasn't included, not even a small one. I am now waiting 2+ weeks for a memory card from Amazon. My own fault. Madison Ave Cameras' is an excellent company. With great prices and great products.

  Very Disappointed I ordered a camera at a price point of $900 but when I opened the box, I was a bit shocked and disappointed. The look and feel of the camera was disappointing and It felt super light weight and cheap such that I packed it back up and returned it.

  Can't Go Wrong With Madison Ave cameras. The ordering online was easy, in fact I made a mistake and it was quickly and easily corrected the next day through customer service and the Nikon D3500 camera arrived very quickly and as an amateur photographer it allows me to manually adjust the focus, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, and so much more and it takes really amazing photos with a tripod since I started using it.   Reliable and trustworthy. Having first thought of ordering a Sony - FE 50mm lens, I found myself on Madison avenue cameras and it wasn't long before my order was in. Since then the service was amazing. With phone calls from the lovely staff and the lens was delivered as promised before 1pm the next day. I haven't had much of a chance to use it for landscape but I'm liking what I've seen so far and it's a very lightweight lens for traveling.   Madison Ave Cameras is fraud I ordered a drone before March 21. They couldn’t deliver.I wanted my money back. Nothing happened. In April 1 I contacted them again. Now they said they had the drone and they said they had shipped it to my address - though I wanted my money back . No drone showed up. They provided me with a trackinnumber that didn’t work. So no money back, which I afsked for, and no drone. A complete scam - and theres nothing you can do. $2300 lost. DON’T TRUST THEM
