  I am happy with my purchase. Madison Avenue Cameras was the only retailer I found that had the optics I wanted and I have had good service with them on past orders. The website stated the item was backordered before i ordered. My Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM lens shipped as told by the Madison representative, once it was at the warehouse. It arrived Approx 3 weeks after my order. No damage, signature required, receipt printed and placed in the box. I will order from Madison' again. I am satisfied with my Sony product.

  Good reliable photography retailer. I have ordered several small and big ticket items of from Madison Avenue Cameras over the years (eg, Brother's printer, D850, various t-mount adapters), both online and occasionally visiting their shop in Manhattan, and never had any problems with them. The website is easy to use, delivery is fast and reliable and having a local shop makes a pleasant change from the less personal internet experience of buying kit these days, and their prices are generally competitive.

  Good price and delivery Looked for a Sony compact and the camera was in stock and was lowest cost. It also included a 2 year warranty, which other shops didn't. Special half price deal to extend to 4 years, so I took that. Camera was delivered very quickly. Everything OK and intact.

  TERRIFIC LENS & RETAILER I am an advanced photographer and have wanted a Macro lens for a long time. Madison's price and Sigma's 105mm lens allowed me to obtain one. It is proving to be one of my best lens. Very sharp and clear photos. The only minus to it is that it is under rated. Professional photographers may feel the need to buy the more expensive brands but this one is perfect for me.

  I bought my Fuji camera from here in November 2019 and the staff and service was great. Since then I have had numerous issues when visiting the shop with certain staff members being rude when I ask general queries regarding cameras/film etc. Not sure why this is but I am now much less likely to support the shop, as if I visit and am welcomed with rude staff I will find somewhere else. If this changes in the near future I'll definitely be back soon!

  I have been a Hoya filter user for over 25+ years. I switched to a German company for a few years and I have come back to the Hoya UV filters. I typically buy the top of the line filters to protect my quality lenses. By the way, Madison Avenue Cameras always a pleasure to work with. No shenanigans. Very solid company.   True anamorphic juju on a budget. The Sirui 35mm F/1.8 Anamorphic is Absolutely incredible and cost efficient. Durable, heavy weighted, and well constructed. Overall a great anamorphic piece that preserves sharpness and clarity even at its fastest aperture. Lovely stuff in this small store.

  On first visit staff was friendly knowledgeable. Took the time to educate me on the best type of astrophotography camera for a first time purchase.   My first refurbished body purchase I just received my Nikon refurbished D7500 today. You could set it next to a brand new body and it would be impossible to tell the difference between the two. I was hesitant to buy a refurb body but every single one of my fears has been allayed. I am currently waiting for the battery to charge so I can get out and drive this thing.   Nice surprise in a bundle Madison Avenue Cameras included this MeFOTO WalkAbout monopod with the purchase of our 5D Mark IV, and we absolutely love it. The aluminum is light to hold, but built incredibly sturdy and strong. The adjustable sections are easy to open and collapse and the wrench can tighten and loosen the bolts to adjust to your needs! Highly recommend Madison'!

  Oben CTM-2500 5-Section Carbon Fiber Monopod I was looking for a monopod that I could use for product photos and for moon photos. Most of the monopods that I have used are very flexible.   Went into the store today looking for a lens, the man working behind the counter was on the phone, didn't acknowledge us at all. Continued to talk for 10 minutes on the phone, never once said a word to us. Could hear what he was chatting about and it didn't sound like work. Poor service and we left after 10 minutes because it was clear we weren't gonna get spoken to any time soon. Visited on the 09/01/21 at around 2-3pm.

  Good camera, bad delivery This Sony Alpha 1 camera exceeded all of my expectations and works amazing. The image quality and low light performance is outstanding! UPS in made me do all custom paperwork myself, after I paid 200 dollars for delivery and 10 for customs clearance. Madison Avenue Cameras please change your courier to FEDEX.

  Good telescope, but inadequate mounts for scope and finder. For the money it is a great instrument but be ready to makes some changes if you get this model. If you are not familiar with telescopes I would shop at another place before buying at this one.

  I ordered a pack of lens cleaning microfiber fabrics. They were well priced and were delivered within 2 days, although the shipping fee seemed inordinate considering the size and weight. Even thought they're not fragile they were packed in 3 bubble pack bags and an outer packing.

  Wow what an amazing DSLR I read reviews for months. Madison Avenue Cameras had a super buy on this a few weeks back so I placed my order. I love this camera!   The Vanguard Alta Pro 263AB 100 is a versatile tripod that's suitable for any terrain. Great quality and reasonable price, smooth operation. Great for macro work. You won't be carrying it around in the back country. Probably the best bang for the buck on a tripod of this caliber. Plus always great experience buying from M.A.C online.

  Kodak Flexicolor Developer Great chemistry kit for developing color film c-41, the directions are very straight forward. But now that Madison Avenue Cameras isn't shipping it anymore I've really started purchasing less from the site in favor of other places that I can get my developers from and order in bulk. Its a shame, I used to purchase everything here.

  Excellent balance quality/price Purchased a7iii for postmortem photography in a veterinary diagnostic lab. Finding a full-frame camera body for less than 2 grand was a no brainer for me. Very good camera for the price! Very good quality construction and balanced. This is my 3rd Sony digital camera. This Pentax K-3 Mark III camera is awesome and i love to take picture, everywhere i go its always with me.   Highly recommend Sigma 150-600mm for Canon EF! A+++ I was also told to purchase it from Madison Avenue Cameras. Their chief photographer strongly recommended this Sigma 150-600mm lens as they use it themselves. Exceptional value & works as advertised.   The Sony FE 200-600 is a great lens for bird photography, both stationary birds and birds in flight. At 600 mm you can get close. Songbirds have been fun to snap. This lens has that extra reach which is almost essential for bird photography and the faster focus motors. I recently used these lenses in New York to take photos of the Blue Angels.

  Once again Madison Ave cameras staff have been exceptional in the service they have provided. I would single out Emma and Luke who went out of their way to give me extra special service. Forget Amazon these guys and girls are the business. As far as their products go these too are excellent brand new and us stock ! This is my go-to shop for all camera equipment.   Whilst I would love to write an outstanding review and support such a shop, being so far and few between nowadays, my most recent visit was unfortunately met by a very haughty and what I felt quite rude member of staff which has made me quite wary of visiting again. I can only hope this attitude towards a customer does not extend to other members of their staff team.

  I have purchased a fair amount of equipment from this retailer. Today we visited and I purchased a 7artisans Photoelectric 35mm f/1.2 lens I have to say that this was a great bargain. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Yes it is small shop but I would rather visit this one than any other.

  Very good value for the cost The Olympus Zuiko Digital 11-22mm f/2.8-3.5 Lens is a great lens to use for interiors and architectural applications. Finding it used (refurbished) from Madison Avenue Cameras just made a good lens even better. It's pretty darn fast too, considering the price. Highly recommended.

  I purchased a Sigma fp L camera along with several lenses and accessories from Madison Avenue Cameras online, and the customer service was exceptional. Davies was very helpful in answering my queries, even price matching the camera and recommending what I needed to get started. One minor item was missing in the delivery, but upon contacting their store over the phone, this was quickly sorted out and I received the item very swiftly in the post. I would not hesitate to recommend Madison Avenue Cameras if you are looking to buy a new camera (or indeed any photography equipment) for their competitive pricing and excellent customer service.

  Quite an extensive range of cameras and related gear, like Birmingham bags for example. A very clean store with excellent pandemic procedures. The staff are friendly and attentive but definitely not pushy. It is a great place to shop, with plenty of options available and knowledgeable staff. I thought the prices were on the high side but would otherwise be 5 stars.

  Works as Advertised! This Pentax 1.4 Tele Converter works exactly as advertised. I'm using it with all three of my current lenses. The great thing is I can now usually get away with one one or two lenses when traveling. The other GREAT benefit is purchasing through MADISON AVENUE CAMERAS with Live Humans, in the USA, that can quickly answer any questions.

  The 1DX Mark III is a Beast I have both the 1Dx, 1DxII, which I use to shoot sports for a Magazine in New York. I purchased the 1Dx Mark III a few weeks ago. This Camera is fantastic. I love that it came with a 64gb card and plan to get a larger card in the near future, because they are now cheap...but if you are considering this camera. Visit Madison Avenue Cameras in Manhattan. Great range and fantastic prices! Friendly and great customer service! Definitely recommended for all your Canon EOS DSLR Cameras accessories!

  Very happy with the Madison Avenue Cameras' Academy course for Portrait, Wedding and Event Photography with Adam. I did this course in Oct 2021 and learnt how to hold the camera, and the tenets of still photography. Even though it was 4 hours but it gave me a kick start in photography basics. Thereafter I switched over from Canon to Sony mirrorless and did a lot of practice of scenic and bird photography and used to come in sometimes to get advice from Adam to make the images better. I submitted a handful of my nature pictures for Photographer of the Year 2021 competition, organized by the American Photography magazine and my entries have been short-listed :). Very grateful for the help and support from Adam and others I interacted with at Madison Avenue Cameras!! Thank you!

  Ilford Perceptol Developer (Powder) I have been working in a university darkroom, and Madison Ave Cams had the cheapest materials imaginable. When I decided to create my own darkroom, I decided I would work with quality. Yet this being one of the most expensive developers it is by far the best I have worked with and gives wonderful quality.   I visited Madison Avenue Cameras at Madison Square Garden, Manhattan today and spoke with Luke one of their employees there. Luke was able to help me refine my choice to purchasing the Nikon D7500 upgrading from my D90 ,I found he had a good knowledge of their camera products as well as accessories. I also purchased a Manfrotto tripod/monopod. A couple of years previous I also bought 2 Tamron lenses from this same store. I'm happy to recommend people visit this store and speak to Luke and his fellow employees.

  Went in to purchase a messenger bag and the selection of bags was very good. Lots of variety of both small and large and different compartments. The service we received was average, was not approached in the store for assistance with which bag to purchase however it was on a Public Holiday so it was a beehive of activity. Can be forgiven. Otherwise a great selection of bags
