  Darkroom Core I've been in the photographic industry for over 30 years and especially good for sports events where you may want to pass a book of thumbprints around and you can make them in any size. After visiting Madison Ave Cams and talking with a few photographers they recommended Darkroom Core, so far I have found that it will be able to fulfill my needs. The learning curve so far has been very easy with their YouTube training videos. My only wish is that they would be compatible wit Macintosh.

  Love my Fun camera Love my new Fuji X-A7 camera! My mother is a Madison Ave Cameras fan and helped me pick out my camera. I didn't want a pricey, high-end camera and wanted a nice starter used camera. It's an awesome size camera, not to big and not too small,. Everyone who has looked at it thought it was such a perfect size! I have so many photos to take! What an incredible camera!

  The ONLY paper I use on my Pro1000 Having just purchased the Canon Pro 200 printer I decided to ordered the Canon Luster Pro paper. The quality of the prints are outstanding. I feel I can reprint my mistakes and not break the bank. Had a good and informative discussion with them about choice of product and was advised to buy on-lone because the combo I wanted was not in the store. They could have got it, but it was more convenient to order it on-line. Ordered on-line and product delivered 2 days later. Great service

  Highly reliable I've been after the Hasselblad X1D II which seems to be on back order everywhere I looked. Luckily they were due in stock and were able to deliver it to me in the timescale they predicted. They're very trustworthy and we had an open line of communication throughout the process. I also was happy I could place my order using PayPal and my credit card which gives that extra security and peace of mind. I've also ordered the Hasselblad 65mm f/2.8 XCD lens lens through them

  Great service I bought an Olympus TG-6 from Madison Avenue Cameras. I chose the company because they had the cheapest price and they were showing delivery within 3 days - I needed the printer quickly so this was important. The camera arrived in 2 days, and I was especially impressed that unlike other companies, they hadn't repackaged the already perfectly packaged body inside an even larger box.

  Davies did Madison Avenue Cameras proud Madison Avenue Cameras in Manhattan were incredibly helpful when I went to by a new camera. Manager Davies answered all my questions and as I was on a fact-finding mission, mentioned that if I could return the following day with the items I wanted to trade-in against the purchase, I would benefit from the final day of a manufacturers double cash-back. I had been into a rival supplier earlier where I was advised the only camera of the model I wanted that they had in stock was in Manhattan if I wanted to go there (which I didn't) and there was no mention of the cash back deal which, indeed, did end the next day. I went back, collected the camera which Davies at Madison Avenue Cameras' had reserved for me, traded in some gear for very good prices and got double cash-back a few weeks later. When I have phoned with queries since, I have had nothing but good service. Result. Thanks Madison Avenue Cameras.

  I needed a circular polarizing filter in a hurry. I went into the Manhattan store on a Thursday morning. A filter was found at their out-of-state warehouse and delivered to Manhattan for me to collect on Friday en route to the airport. Courteous and efficient service and again today over a repair job.

  Great warranty and customer service but average optics. I bought this Vanguard 10x42 VEO to replace an old set of Pentax Vanguard 10x42 Vesta binoculars hoping for an upgrade but found the optics to be good but no better. Maybe I should have upgraded to the Endeavor ED instead. With the rebate it was a screaming deal. Their customer service offered to replace it with another one but there was nothing wrong with mine.

  Choosing the right camera I spent a long time researching a camera I wanted and went into Madison Avenue Cameras in Manhattan to get the feel for it. I was helped by staff when I wanted and left alone to assess the Camera without being hassled. As the prices were favorable to elsewhere online I decided to buy there and then.

  Have shopped here several times, and have always had a good experience. They have a great selection of Zenmuse aerial cameras and accessories to choose from. Recently had an issue with my DJI XT2 that I couldn’t figure out. They helped me out and walked me through the issue and showed me what was wrong. Great service and like always, I highly recommend Madison Avenue Cameras!!!

  Madison Avenue Cameras is a consumer digital photography and drones shop. The sales people will be a mixed bag when it comes to experience and knowledge. The assistants will be as well. They offer exceptionally limited repair services and don't even have basic tools on hand for individuals at the warehouse to use. Need a sensor cleaned, nope, need a small viewfinder repair, nope, etc. They are fine if all you need is a basic place to shop. But beyond that they will be exceptionally limited in any ability to help.

  A visit to Manhattan's Madison Ave Cameras A visit to Madison' to purchase a Ricoh THETA Z1 360° Image Stitching. Very impressed with the staff and the experience. They didn’t have the tablet in store but the lady assistant was able to order on line and agree a date for pick up of the item. A 360 camera which I’m really pleased with. Good shopping experience, friendly staff and lots to look at. Starting to wonder if I’m missing out on the advances in digital cameras. Will definitely visit again.

  Very knowledgeable staff and welcoming environment. It's not like going to these bigger digital photography stores where your just another customer they want to handle and get out of their face. These guys will shake your hand and take great care of you. I've purchased my last 4 from there and dont plan on going anywhere else. If they dont have it, they'll order it for you.   Cheap sensor cleanin fee, but everything else is overpriced. Was in the shop recently and the owner and a customer were talking about how another shop had a nice selection but charged a "premium". The customer (in an obsequious attempt to bootlick him) asked to price check a few things, and they were all the same inflated prices he was complaining about elsewhere. Watching the realization on his face was "shocked"
