    My rating of “excellent” is based on my experience with customer service. When I received the 5 dozen TaylorMade TP5x golf balls (4a) that I ordered, I checked them out. While several were borderline, in my judgment there were about 15 that were substandard. I sent an email to the company expressing my displeasure. Within 24 hours they reached out to me and wanted to make it right. They sent me - and I just received - 20 replacement balls. I’ve looked them over and they all passed muster. That is the way you keep customers!
