Verified reviewI sent in my order like a week before Thanksgiving. Got a notice about 4 or 5 days later that they were handling orders that came in over the Holiday. My order was moved back to be filled the week after Thanksgiving. I ordered 1 dozen balls. It seems that such a small order could be handled very easy before Thanksgiving. Slow service is not very helpful to your customers. To me, slow service is poor customer service. I will never order from Lost Balls again.

Verified reviewnavigating the site is easy to find the color and golf ball you want. shipping to Hawaii can be a bit pricey to its good to look for golf ball discount pricing that you can buy 2 - 3 dozen balls to lower the shipping cost. customer service is great. they shipped me the right color balls after notifying them of the error and I didn't have to ship the wrong order back.
