Verified reviewThe initial shipment of what was supposed to be 4 dozen mint condition balls was 4 balls short and also included 4 that were badly scuffed. I emailed the customer service address and they corrected the issue promptly by sending 8 additional balls, all of which arrived in mint condition. The also sent a second order of an additional 4 dozen mint condition balls that I neither ordered nor paid for, which I'm sure was someone's error so I need to contact them about that to either return the balls or buy them.

This is my second purchase of this particular ball, and I couldn't be happier about both purchases. Verified reviewThe balls came in just OK condition, the order took longer than expected to arrive especially considering the $10 charge for shipping. $18 for a dozen used balls is an OK price but when you tack on the extra $10 and then have to wait more than a week for it to get here, the deal becomes far less appealing.
