Verified reviewSite navigation and product delivery were fine. The customer service though was outstanding. I took issue with the condition of a few of the golf balls in my order- basically my idea of what “near mint” condition might be. I wrote them about this. I received a very prompt reply that included a nice adjustment to the original cost. No further questions or requests for details. It impressed me that this organization had fully delegated the necessary authority to the customer service staff they had tasked with the initial response - no waiting for problems to be sent up their chain of command - no waste of anyones time. Most companies don’t do this well. One that trains it’s staff well and then empowers them to make decisions is a well lead/run organization. I will continue to source this type product through them.

Verified reviewFirst ordered a dozen Bridgestone Tour B XS balls, all looked to be in good shape so ordered 3 dozen more. Only reason for not putting 5 stars is that I n the 3 dozen order, 6 were different type of Bridgestone’s, one had a severe chip in it. Otherwise all other balls look good (won’t be able to use them for a couple weeks). Overall still pretty pleased with what I received for what I paid. Will probably order again.

Verified reviewExtremely disappointed by the quality of the balls provided. I paid he highest level of grade and shocked when the shipment came. Had writing and magic marker all over the majority of the balls. I have purchased elsewhere with better quality. Never buy from this site again

Verified reviewGot 2 of the 3 dozen balls I ordered. For some reason the warehouse does not know what a Callaway Chrome Soft Triple Track looks like. Customer service was very helpful but after 2 tries to get it correct with no luck. I opted for a refund.

Verified reviewThere was a small delay because they were moving their facilities so someone from management called me directly and explained the problem and also offered me a dozen additional balls. This was not necessary but above and beyond for such a short delay.
