Verified reviewThis was my 4th time ordering through Lost Golf Balls. 95% of the balls look like the came right out of the manufacturer’s box! The other 5% are in great shape, just may have a marking or logo on it (which doesn’t bother me). I ordered 3 dozen balls on a Saturday and received the order 3 days later! Very fast in my opinion! I buy the TP5X. Saves me $20 each dozen vs buying in the store!

Verified reviewI ordered a box of refurbished Pro V-1s and I received balls with logos and scuff marks- definitely not what I ordered. However, I contacted customer service and they were very pleasant and fixed the mistake and they shipped me exactly why I ordered.

Verified reviewI ordered 8 dozen Srixon Q Star Tour- My order arrived promptly. However, 2 dozen were not Q Star Tour. They were cheaper Q Star. One was a Bridgestone!! I called customer service and they were excellent. They e-mailed me a shipping tag so I was able to send the 24 balls back the same day. The new balls arrived within the week. Excellent customer service. The only complaint is I had to find a Fed Ex location and drive to it

Verified reviewI found LGB sometime back in mid-2000's on Ebay, I have been ordering my golf balls exclusively from them since that time; I can tell you in all that time, my first issue was last year in the heat of COVID, my order didn't show up. LGB replaced that order and expedited the delivery, it is that type of commitment that just lends itself to how much I and how good that I feel about ordering their products. I don't get paid nor have I have ever been asked to leave this review, but after all these years, I must say, it's easy to do; I look forward to another 15 years of great service and product!
