Verified reviewI have ordered here for several years. I do feel the "quality" of the balls compared to their own description has gone down some. I have returned balls the last 3 orders for replacement, which isn't anything I feel I should have to do (both lesser quality and incorrect ball model). That said, the return policy is very smooth and easy and the customer support when there is an issue is excellent in both response time and end result. I returned 36 (3 dozen) balls in my most recent order of 96 (8 dozen). I just received the replacements for these and they were as advertised and they threw in another dozen balls at their cost. Again, great customer service. I play a lot of golf, greater than 100 rounds a year (and I live in Michigan - 7 month season), I will use lostgolfballs.com next year when it is time for my annual order. If the quality was right in the first shipment, the rating would easily by a 5 star ( ).
