Verified reviewI ordered what they classified as " mint" golf balls. The order I recieved was 3A at best! Far from mint! And that is being gracious on my end, simply because a few balls were still considered playable. Most of what they sent me as "mint," I would never use in a round of golf! I contacted customer service asking for a refund, or for them to send me what I ordered. They have not done either! I will be calling my bank to reverse the charges if I do not recieve the shipment I paid for by the end of this week... it has already been a month since my crappy order, and my subsequent attempt to have the issue resolved. If your company can't offer mint quality golf balls, don't advertise them as such. If you can deliver mint quality, you might want to work on your quality control within your packing facility. And, definitely work on customer service! Very disappointed...

Verified reviewI rated LGB as bad because of their policy of not giving free shipping to APO/FPO addresses. My recent order was over their $69 threshold as advertised but they stated that their policy was clearly outlined and they stuck to it. Why they do this is unknown to me. Other companies honor the commitment that military/civilians serving overseas should be treated with respect and afforded the same shipping policies as stateside serving people. I does not cause them any additional monies to ship to an APO/FPO address since debarkation points to enter the military system are in the U.S. I do not like this policy and will not order again.
