Verified reviewI ordered two dozen 5 star (mint) tour B X balls. Not a single ball was with out significant damage to the cover. I’ve ordered from lost golf balls several times before and have grown to accept that 1-5 balls will have a blemish. I’ve never received an entire order this bad.

Verified reviewMy order of 7 dozen 5 star Titleist Tour Soft balls included several that I did not feel were up to the quality of my previous orders. 3 Titelist Velocity balls were also included. After communicating my disappointment, I immediately received an email from lostgolfballs.com apologizing for the order, and sent me an additional dozen to replace those that were less than 5 star balls. Great service !!!
