Verified reviewI’ve ordered twice from LGB, first time PROVI second time PROVIX. Three dozen mint both times. When I received the balls dumped them on the table, on top of a dark towel and under a bright LID light. I inspected each ball individually. Needless to say I was surprised BIG TIME the balls were pure. A couple of logos, no problem. I bought 72 balls and two balls were questionable. The rest perfect. Delivery: I got the balls two days after I ordered them! Service: Perfect. I showed a friend, he liked with same results

Verified reviewNever had a problem with previously ordered mint condition TP5s but this last order of 48 had 14 that were scuffed and scratched no better than shag bag quality. The good news is after emailed pictures and talking with a company rep they sent me 16 mint replacement balls. They did the right thing and stood behind their product and that means I will happily continue as their customer.
