Verified reviewExcellent Customer Service! I ordered several dozen balls in advance of a golf trip. The shipment somehow got lost, so I called Lost Golf Balls about the issue. Vincent D. was extremely helpful in getting the issue resolved. He contacted me via direct email (not a generic email address that goes to a large team of people) after I called to explain the issue. He clearly explained a new shipment would be sent once his team and Fedex confirmed the package could not be located. Even more helpful is the fact that he was able to update the shipment to a new address as I moved apartments between the first package being lost and new package being sent. Thank you, Vincent!
