Verified reviewTook over 2 weeks for me to receive my order because the balls I choose were backordered. I didn't know this until I called about the status. I had to get a substitute ball. Would have been nice to get an upgraded ball for no extra charge or get a discount on my next order. I have received my order now and I am happy with the balls. Thank you

Verified reviewOrdered twice within 4 weeks. 1st order was 4 doz mint condition prov1. I played with those balls 2 weeks after I received them. After playing with the mint condition prov1 balls that purchased from lostgolfballs I ordered 3 more doz just to stock up on really good balls for the low low price. I will have balls that are like new for half price from the price of new prov1 in the stores. Icant tell you about any other balls that they sell,but if you want a like new prov1 then you need to purchased mint condition balls. Very satisfied

Verified reviewMy order went fairly easy, however I was unable to get a confirmation email about my order. I waited 3-4 days and then emailed them with my order number from the website. I believe it was the next day I had shipping information sent to me. I would say not nearly as smooth as it could have been. I will say the only reason I’m grading them down is based on industry standards about order confirmation emails.

Customer Service apologized for the inconvenience and took care of it immediately. No questions asked. This type of customer service is what I expect when there is an issue. Mistakes happen, and with Lost Golfballs dot com, they address them properly and quickly. I am a very satisfied customer.
