Verified reviewI have ordered several times and have always been very pleased with 5 mint golf balls I have ordered. However, this latest order, I feel I got at least a dozen out of four dozen of the Titliest true speed were not near the 5’s I normally get. Faded, scared, and many markings. The five dozen of Titliest true feel were what I have come to expect from your 5’s. These tour speed were just not up to the quality I normally get. I will try again because I have always been happy in the past. Things happen.

Verified reviewOrdered a tub of 48 TP5x in mint. Notoriously great quality, near brand new balls. Received 28/48 balls that were bad, pushing "poor" quality. Scuff marks, gauges, chips, faded etc. even including 1 ball that wasnt even a TP5x. Got in touch with customer service. Their only fix was to exchange the 28 bad balls for balls of "the right quality". So I returned my 28, to receive my replacements about 4 days later. But instead of receiving 28 balls, I only received 20. Including practice balls. Customer Service was contacted again, but have not reached out to make amends. Currently 8 balls short. Beyond frustrated and likely my last order from Lost Golf Balls.
