Verified reviewI just received my order today. When I open the Srixon golf ball package I found one ball with a deep cut( unusable) . I then went through the rest and found 6 balls that were not clean white balls. They were discolored line they were in the ground or water for quite a while. I then opened up the Titleist bucket and found the same thing. Quite a few balls were distinctly discolored like they were in the bush or under dirty water for a long period. So on a scale of one(1) to ten(10) I’m am rating you fairly low. I’m on the disappointed side. I know that these are not new balls but to find a substantial amount of older balls and one cut open was disappointing.

Verified reviewI'm glad to see that the review process can be separated between the "Company" and the "Product". As for the company and their customer service, I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience (Top Notch). As for the product, not anyways near the same. I ordered three dozen of Titalist NXT Tour Golf balls that were rated AAAAA (5 quality). Upon receipt, these balls were no were near the AAAAA condition level. I called the company to request an exchange for which they graciously sent me a pre-paid paid FedEx return label. Upon receipt of the new shipment, I still wasn't satisified with what was to be the advertised AAAAA rated condition. On top of that, eight of the 36 balls received were different, and not NXT Tours. The total cost of my order was around $70, and at that price, I didn't feel that I was getting my monies worth. I contacted the company once again, expressed my displeasure, and requested a Full Refund. They obliged by sending another pre paid FedEx shipping label and upon receipt, provided me with a full refund. Bottom Line: Although good to deal with, I won't order from them again, due to the discrepancy in condion advertised versus condition received.

Verified reviewin the past my orders of near mint golf balls my just have some players marking on the this order probably 75% of the balls have cart path rash or large imperfections/scrapes on them
