  The quality of the golf balls received fully met expectations by type (eg-pristine, mint). My order of 6 dozen balls was one dozen short upon arrival. LGB's customer service rep was quick to begin the process of sending me my missing dozen, and I received them quickly. The Holiday discount of an additional 25% off my order was definite motivation to buy! Please do it again!

  Simple to order, arrived quickly, but unimpressed with the “Mint” golf balls. Definitely more than a few golf balls do not meet that criteria, they definitely show scrubbing wear on the outer layer to make them spotless and now look very worn. Would not have ordered knowing their overall condition.

  I have ordered before and for the most part things were 5 stars...this order even though I ordered Mint condition on all of my golf balls I would not have graded them Mint...in the past they all but a couple in the dozen looked brand new but this order more than half looked very used. I was using them for gifts so it was a bit disappointing. Again previously I was thrilled to get your product.

  I ordered numerous different golf balls for christmas presents. They were all as described except for the yellow callaways. Someone in quality control was sleeping on the job. They were scuffed and discolored. Range ball quality. The ProV1s, Vice, and Srixons were on point. Ive ordered from you guys several times. 9/10. But these callaway ERCs were in horrible condition.

My most recent order was shipped to my PO Box and unfortunately, USPS lost the package. When bringing this to the attention of LostGolfBalls they were gracious enough to resend my order or refund my order.
