  The plastic box that the balls came in was shattered, so I didn’t have a nice way to present this as a gift. Obviously the balls are fine and will be used, but very disappointing for the plastic holding box to be broken and unusable.

  I've been buying golf balls here for nearly 20 years and rarely get disappointed. I have not had time to dig into this bunch too much as our course has extensive damage from a hurricane. The course is now open again and these balls are in play. No issues.

  Site navigation is easy. Product arrived in the time frame promised and was in pristine condition. One note about the package, the plastic bucket inside the carton was broken. The bags of balls were undamaged and the carton showed no sign of damage.

  Even though these are used golf balls it's very hard to tell. Most if not all the balls I've ordered from here are as good as new. Price is good and shipping time is quick. I would suggest if tour thinking about it, do it,.you won't be disappointed.

  Ordered Callaway Chrome Soft and received Callaway Chrome Tour, inspected the box of 48 golf balls and was impressed with the condition. Have not played this golf ball style or type, normally play the chrome soft. But needless to say, very pleased with what I received and look forward to using them.

  I have purchased before in smaller quantities but the holiday discounts and greater savings on larger amounts made me purchase the bucket of 96. The order came on time but the carrying bucket was broken. I contacted service dept and a new one was mailed out within a week. I have checked every ball which were in the pristine category. Of the 96, there may have been 2 which had a very small scratch or imperfection.

  I ordered pristine condition balls (3 dozen pro v1) and a majority of them were in pristine condition. However, 20% of the balls were not in pristine condition, there were ball marks on them and scuffs.

  If I could give lower than 1 star I would. First, I ordered & paid for 2 day FedEx almost two weeks before my golf trip. When I called the week of my trip to ask where my order was, I was told that they would overnight them so I would get them in time. They never came & never answered my emails or calls. They did show up 2 days after I needed them & we’re not “like mint” like they advertised. Discolored & really marred. So disappointed & will let my golf friends know. Do not use this company!

  As a mid-handicap golfer, I use a good amount of balls during a season. Lostgolfballs allows me to use high quality balls at a very reasonable price. Some may not be pretty, with logos or other identifying marks, but they play just like their pristine expensive cousins.

  I purchased 3 dozen Titleist Pro V1 balls, Two dozen are “Mint” and one dozen “Pristine”. One of the Mint balls has a scuff mark and i only received 11 of 12 of the pristine balls. I called customer service and spoke to Tina Caballero, she was excellent with helping me out to fix the issues…. She is the only reason LostGolf Balls is receiving 5 stars from me and not 3 stars.
