    Easy to order and very quick delivery. Product is always as advertised with very few exceptions. Sometimes there are 2 or 3 balls in a 48 ball order that that are of lesser grade than ordered but that is acceptable since whoever is doing the sorting may have a different opinion about what looks like mint condition… or they are sorting and it’s been a long day and they are getting a little fuzzy after sorting golf balls all day.

    Delivery and order was fine. I usually rate 5 stars. This time I have to give it less. I ordered mint quality, but I did not get all mint balls. One was refinished and I could read the name of a different brand under the paint. A couple were the correct brand but cheaper models, and a couple were scuffed to lower than mint. It just didn't live in to what I have come to expect.

    Order was not as expected TP5 pix was more than half TP5x balls and dozen TP5 balls less than mint. I reached customer support for resolution and was offered replacement of one dozen TP5 pix and I did not need to return other balls. I figured that the resolution would atleast be all TP5 this time but I was wrong, got 6 TP5x pix just blew it off. Expected better second on replacement, disappointed in QC. Stan
