  The ability to acquire used golf balls at a reasonable price is a great service, especially to the average golfer. The buyer has a choice of number and conditions from which to choose (and their "Mint" condition balls are every bit as clean as unused balls). I believe the price charges for the number of balls chosen is absolutely reasonable, shipping is fast, and the containers are reusable and/or recyclable.

  I ordered 3 dozen 5A Mint balls. Order shipped fast but basically 1 of the 3 dozen is far from 5A Mint! They had scuffs, scratches, sharpie markings, etc on them. I sent an email to complain, got a response to explain what was wrong. I responded with a picture of the balls (which was included in my original email). Since then I have heard nothing. Disappointed…

  Ordered six dozen (72 golf balls) 2018 Titleist Pro V1X in mint condition (5A -or- AAAAA). Of the seventy-two balls I received fifty balls were legitimately mint condition, meaning the balls did not have a damaged cover. Additionally, some of the balls had player markings or a company logo on them, but that does not bother me. Also, it's in the description that mint condition golf balls may have player markings (Sharpie markings) or a company logo. With that being said, I emailed LostGolfBalls about the twenty-two unsatisfactory balls I received, and they very kindly sent me a FedEx shipping label to sent the bad balls back to them. As soon as I dropped the package off at the FedEx store and the package was scanned, I immediately received an email update that two dozen, correctly graded 2018 Titleist Pro V1X golf balls were being shipped to me to include the tracking number. The processing and shipping times were more than acceptable. The only negative about my customer service experience is that I waited two or three days before I received a return email on my initial complaint about the bad balls. Having said that, I didn't get angry or impatient b/c I figured they were busy and would get back to me as soon as they could, which they did. As for the customer service, it was excellent. I honestly can't say anything bad about it. I communicated with Mr. Vincent Decak and he handled everything very well. Of the two dozen correctly graded golf balls I received, there were two or three in there that were not up to par (pun intented) but it doesn't bother me because I imagine that grading golf balls is a bit subjective. I can see someone going through the balls rather quickly trying to fill orders and that person doesn't examine the balls as thoroughly as the customer will. In all, while LostGolfBalls could do better, their customer service is their saving grace. Definitely have to deduct points/stars due to not getting the order correct the first time around.

  I was not sure of what quality of golf balls I would receive when I placed my first order, so I only ordered 1 dozen. I ordered the 1A mint. They were perfect. My last order was 7 dozen and I will never buy new golf balls again.

  Really appreciate the quality of golf balls we get from Loat Golf Balls and the pricing. I have two grandsons that play golf with me and we have a fair amount of water on our course. You get the picture. Golf balls are easy to order and I have contacted customer service a few times over the years and have been appreciative of their information. Good company.

  My order consisted of all mint balls. (5A) I can accept marking on the ball but 6 of my titlleist balls in my order had very noticeable scuffs. You can take me off your email list cause I’m not going to buy anything from you anymore.

  I have trusted this site for years. I ordered online and they have never dropped the ball. I then moved to Houston, and simply picked up my orders and saved even more. Once I moved, I simply ordered online again, because economically “it just made more sense!!!” I haven’t brought a sleeve or cartoon of new go,f balls since 2012, it I only did it because I was a pt country club outf town, and I just wanted to buy something!
