Verified reviewUnder the Pristine option, every ball looks brand new. This is where I will purchase balls for the rest of my life. Part of my order were 3 dozen Green Titleist Velocity Balls. LostGolfBalls sent 9 Green Titleist Tour Softs by mistake. I called and they gave me a $20 credit which never expires. That's good customer service. Very Happy. 3 dozen 2024Titleist Velocity and 2 dozen 2024 AVX for $94. All those ball brand new would be over $210. Like I stated earlier, why would you by brand new golf balls when the pristine option golf balls do not have a blemish on them. I'm sure there may be some balls might have sat in the water for a while and lost some compression value. If you find a ball behaving funny or losing distance, chuck it. For the money, who cares. I have not found any issues yet. I only played 3 rounds with my new order. My friend that turned me on to this web site orders the Mint option and those balls look fantastic also. The ball might have some logos or sharpie marks on them, but all in all the balls are also in great condition. Once again, Extremely Happy!

Verified reviewProducts were as advertised and balls in good shape, but the box had no packing material so the glove package was bent from the balls smashing into it during shipping. The package also had a strong musty odor which did disappear once I threw away the box.
