  Our tutor is Amanda B is she is absolutely wonderful. We have been working with her for 3 years. Not only has she helped my daughter with her math skills, but she has also helped build her confidence as a student overall. Amanda is so in tune with her students that she can tell when they are having a tough time and takes the time to talk to them because she knows that if there are underlining issues affecting her students focus, she needs to address those issues before she can move forward with them. Amanda gives great feedback to her parents. I am never in doubt that the time is being used wisely. Her feedback allows me to know what feedback I need to give the teacher to help her help my daughter. Amanda is such a great tutor that I have used for SAT prep for my other daughter and plan to continue with Amanda all thru my daughter's high school and for her SAT prep. This tutoring program is not cheap but I feel I am getting the most out of my money by the results in see with Amanda.

  This is our second year with Amanda. My daughter did her trig and she gave her the confidence to take AP Calculus this year. Amanda sends us a session note every week and follows up every week with her session. We love working with Amanda and is absolutely fun to work for students. She accommodates session timings and reminds every week before tests and exam.

  Karan is a great tutor when it comes to calculus. He is very straightforward and gets right to the point, explaining everything in detail. Not only will he explain to you how to do problems, but he will also tell you how it works, and why it works, letting you understand the problem, not just do it.

  We love our tutors. Easy and quick fit for the maths tutor, Linda M. She set up a standard time with my son and is encouraging and reaches out to me on a regular basis so I understand what they are working on and can gauge the level of understanding he has. She's flexible when he has an exam and he is now getting an A in a class he was struggling in. After figuring out some time zone changes, we're off to the races with a great chemistry tutor as well. Having a weekly session has helped with keeping my son on track, which was key for his midterm, where it was cumulative material. Unlike the first company we worked with, Learner's drop in tutoring for homework questions was easy and great. My son found someone quickly and had his questions answered. He's gotten a lot of good guidance and teaching from his tutors and the on demand tutors.

  I was searching online for a tutor for my daughter because she struggled academically and success academy charter School I stumbled upon learning's website and as I read the reviews I saw that this site was very successful and the parents and students were very satisfied with the service of learning Honestly I don't know where to begin, and that is a good thing, Her work with my daughter has me speechless, she is completely patient, very supportive. She explained thoroughly of what the work and how to follow through. Because of her support my daughter was able to make honor roll at success academy chartered School in New York City. Success academy charter School curriculum is very challenging. Success academy charter School curriculum is two levels higher than public school private school and prep school. For my child to make honor roll in success academy that is a great achievement. I am truly blessed to have her as a tutor for my daughter. My daughter is completely attached and love her so much. From the very first interview my daughter really liked her. It was very excited to work with her tutor. I'm praying to God that I be able to keep the same tutor for my daughter until she graduate from high school. I do not want to change at all.😁 she is truly a blessed. Life is already stressful as a parent but she has found a way to reduce some of my stress and not have to worry about my child struggling in school academically. again I truly appreciate her so much and thank you so much for this program allowing the tutor to be part of it Thank you.💜💜

  Kevonn explains things in a way that is easy for students to understand. He is extremely flexible and worked around my daughter’s busy schedule. My daughter can be quiet and reserved, but she felt comfortable working with him.

  Linda M has been a wonderful tutor for our son. She has helped him immensely. She is very flexible in scheduling sessions and always gives excellent feedback. If he ever reaches out to her with homework questions, she responds and helps in a timely manner. When she has questions about what he is struggling with, she asks for feedback from his teacher. Working with Linda M has been an all around great experience.

  My daughter's math tutor, Nancy J., is awesome! My daughter was reluctant to get a tutor, especially an online one, but she immediately took to it with Nancy. Nancy explains the math really well, makes it fun and interesting, and she has really boosted my daughter's confidence.

  We like Learner as we found a great tutor in there-Irina M. She has been a game-changer as our daughter's math tutor. Her incredible teaching style goes beyond templates, encouraging critical thinking. Irina has a unique ability to sense the mood and infuse creativity into lessons, making math exciting for our daughter. Unlike previous tutors, our daughter now approaches math with enthusiasm, thanks to Irina's engaging and effective methods. We consider ourselves fortunate to have her guidance.

  I had a fantastic experience with Linda M as my tutor. Her explanations were clear and concise, and she patiently took the time to ensure I grasped each concept.   My experience with Linda is top notch. She was accommodating to our daughter's schedule and she was able to work well with her. It's nice to have someone such as Linda that my daughter can relate to and talk out the math problems. I have tried 3 other tutors and she didn't like any of them.

  With Linda's tutoring Colin has been able to improve from an F to a B in Pre-Calculus. We couldn't be happier with Linda's tutoring - it has truly changed Colin's trajectory in class. Also, Colin likes working with Linda, and their sessions are extremely productive (and I hear positive feedback from both my son and Linda after sessions). Schedule-wise, Linda is always willing to work with us to schedule agreeable times for all parties. As I said, we couldn't be happier. We are very fortunate to have Linda's experience and guidance contributing to Colin's educational success.

  Margie is a fantastic tutor! My 7th grade daughter has been meeting with her every week since the summer for math. My daughter has ADHD and wasn't understanding the way her school teacher teaches, but with Margie's help she was able to finish the semester strong with a B in math. This is a huge win for Juliana.   Ellis is an amazing tutor. We reached out to Learner after my son was struggling in his Calculus class. We ended up using a few other tutors from learner with nominal success. Then we got connected to Ellis. He has been fantastic, my son really appreciates the way Ellis walks him through solving problems. He not only shows him how to solve a problem at hand, but how to understand the "why" behind each step. Ellis is extremely patient and thorough with his teachings. He doesn't just work within the confines of the 1 hour tutor session. He checks in before hand to see if there is anything specific to work on prior to the session so he can be prepared with examples. He values every minute of the tutor session to ensure my son is getting the most out of their time together. I would highly recommend Ellis to any student who is struggling.

  We have been so impressed and grateful to have had our daughter rmatched with Sohail A for AP Physics. He has been so patient with her and encouraging and we have seen her grades improve. She is now making A’s in that class! I often hear her giggling with him on the phone- it’s nice to have someone to help her so much and is fun to talk to as well. He is an excellent communicator with me as well and open to see how he can improve. He gets an Aplus in our book!

  Finding Learner and our tutors was the best thing ! The people who worked with us to find a tutor appropriate for our kids were great helpful and thorough. My8 th grader with double accelerated Math class was blessed to have this awesome tutor her way of teaching matched with my daughter’s way of learning :- with an awesome outcome .   Best investment in my child’s education I’ve made. Not only did she improve in math, but every aspect of her “student experience” got better—-study habits, time management and general attitude toward leaning. It’s professional and an easy process. We tried other tutors and tutoring chains….didnt work. This was more customized and curated. Worth it.

  My son’s math tutor Karan has been top notch and surpasses our expectations. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, easy to communicate with for logistics, prompt with follow-ups, and most importantly has a great rapport with my son. Karan teaches so clearly, even when the materials are very dense and advanced. My son really enjoys his sessions and feels very confident about what he is learning. Karan is teaching him in-depth math concepts and will review with him for math competitions. Learner has been very easy to work with. They are organized, friendly, and accommodating. Their prices are very reasonable, and their customer service is excellent. I have recommended them to many friends and family members.

  I want to commend the folks at Learner for their efforts with me and my grandson. Hayden was failing both physics and algebra when we determined an intervention was necessary. Learner’s simple assessment is geared to finding a tutor suited to your student's needs. Within minutes of creating an account we were contacted by Jackson who walked us through the programs and patiently answered our questions. That evening I received an email confirming our Platinum Program choice. The next day we were introduced to Zach and Hayden’s tutoring began on November 2. We’re seeing a definite shift in attitude not only towards school but his demeanor at home as well. Hayden’s end term report card shows that not only has his physics grade gone from 68 to 100, but he is doing significantly better in all of his classes. Thanks again Learner

  Learner was an amazing investment in my child's learning. One part of the sign up that was great was teaming my child up with someone that had a like-minded personality. That process connected my child with Mariyah, who was a phenomenal teacher and tutor. The connection made it easier for my child to learn. They were able to find times for tutoring that fit their schedules and my child could go online to see prior sessions for review. Mariyah provided passion and instruction that was necessary to learn, which my child wasn't quite getting from the school classroom. My child looked forward to the tutoring sessions! I also received an email recap of each session they had. We invested in three months of tutoring, but I know the impact Mariyah had will last much longer. Five stars!! It is worth it!!! Thank you to Tim as well who served as an advisor during signup.

  Our experience has been great. I was contacted within a few minutes of completing the online form and our first tutor session was scheduled a few days later. We completed our first 8 sessions and everything has been smooth. We use learner for honors 9th grade geometry and 8th grade pre algebra. Our tutor is very knowledgeable, patient, and a great communicator. My childrens’ grades improved right away and they are enjoying their classes because they have such a great understanding of the material. Thanks Learner!!

Mr. Jacobson demonstrated excellence in his ability to clarify information that I did not understand regarding Financial Accounting.   My daughter Annika was struggling with calculus. She started working with Karan, a tutor with Learner and it has helped her tremendously. I listen in sometimes and can hear her confidence grow over the course of the session. Karan is flexible with timing. He is very smart and on top of the material.   We can not say enough great things about our experience with Chris F. My son, a college sophomore, wanted to get help with his Calculus class. How lucky he was to be connected with Chris as his tutor. He really was a perfect match! Chris was extremely accommodating with my son’s schedule and always prepared for their sessions. In my son’s words, “Chris is so great because he walks through each problem in a way that helps me comprehend the formulas and truly understand the math.” Chris really cares about his students. We can’t recommend him enough.

  Linda was very easy to talk to. My daughter felt relaxed and comfortable and was able to follow the instructions. I felt happy and hopeful that my kids would have a better time in school and won’t feel overwhelmed as the new classes start. It will not only help them build strong math base but also improve their self confidence. I’m looking forward to my kids doing these sessions on a regular basis and then finding out how they did/felt at school. I feel Linda would be a very good influence on my kids. Thank you.

  I was partnered up with Karan and he's been so great! I am currently doing a fast-track Summer course in Business Calculus and it's been so hard for me to keep up with new material. Karan has helped me to learn the same material in simpler terms and understand the basic concept of Calculus. He's helped me work through problems and prepare for weekly exams. He's been so patient with me in these last few sessions. I definitely appreciate the support and highly recommend him for anyone who struggles with Business Calculus.

  Linda Olivarez was Naomi’s tutor. She was so positive, clear in her communication, on time, had great communication with us. She gave naomi the confidence and skills to finish her school year by raising her grade an entire letter grade and earning and 88 on her final (up from a 49 that started us looking for a tutor).

  Our tutor, Lisa, was exactly what we needed. She did a great job providing my daughter some additional support in her Math class as they started to deal with more complex subject matter.   I really enjoyed my experience with Mr. Cary Mallon and I think he was a great tutor. He began helping me when I was in a bad spot with my grades, attitude, and confidence in math and he helped get all of those things improved substantially. He even went out of his way to do extra for me like work on problems outside of our given time in order to help me understand them better. I am extremely happy with my time with him as a tutor.

  Tutor Cassandra Bond was courteous, professional and accurate when tutoring both my 13 year old twins.   Joel Acosta has been very helpful in supporting our 16 year old daughter with her advanced IM3 High School math. He is patient, able the explain thoroughly, and can encourage her with her efforts. We had some last minute tutoring request and Joel was able to accommodate us so that she could review materials for quizzes.

  This company has been great from start to finish. We have a high school student who is studying for the SAT. She requested help in SAT math only. Multiple support staff coordinate to help you find a tutor who is the right fit. These support staff are very important to the experience. You are not left alone with simple tutor reviews on some marketplace type website like other companies provide. They give you a free one hour session with the proposed tutor. If everything goes well, then you are in contact with that tutor as well as support staff as needed to schedule further sessions. If there’s an issue with the tutor, as there was with us, as our tutor was in an auto accident, they immediately step in and coordinate to find a new match for you. Their communication is quick and excellent and is done both by email, phone, and text. I can’t say enough about how hard they worked to find a tutor for the last week before the test given very limited availability of my child due to sports. Oh, and the tutoring was excellent quality. My daughter was very pleased. As a reference, she is a student at one of the top boarding schools in New England. When we needed to find a replacement for our original tutor, the first replacement, they set us up with was not a good fit with my daughter. They immediately found us someone else. Their customer service is of the highest caliber.

  My son has struggled with math his entire school career. We've had tutors through the years but my son was always resistant to their teaching. Not so with the Learner tutor! Learner asked questions about my son's personality and matched him with a tutor that "gets" him. My son has gone from making zeros on his math tests to making 100's and 80's. He was on track to fail math and not graduate with his senior class. However, with the great work of his tutor, he has pulled his grade up and will graduate in May as expected! There aren't enough great words for me to fully describe the wonderful experience we've had with Learner.

  My child was struggling in their high school math class and their tutor Joel has been a godsend. He is very responsive and gets along well with my kid. Most importantly, he knows the subject well and is a great teacher. I have seen an improvement already in my child’s confidence and performance, and they’ve only had a few sessions. Also, Joel just went above and beyond and agreed to a last-minute, late-night session to help my kid prep for a make-up test. I’m beyond grateful!

  My experience with Dorian was great because usually when I ask for help from tutors that schools usually offer, I tend to get embarrassed and I shy away from help because of their approach. However, Dorian was very helpful in clarifying and guiding me step by step in solving the problems.
