  Set up was simple, and now my daughter has weekly sessions with someone who helps her feel supported and strong in math. The program and the tutor have both been very communicative and helpful. The tutor is wonderful and has been very understanding and flexible with our ever shifting schedule.

  They were very responsive and helpful in getting set up with the service. They offered the opportunity to try out a tutor first to see if it was a good fit and then found another tutor who was an even better fit. Easy to use website and scheduler and easy for my daughter to connect with the tutor. Tutors all seem very highly trained and invested.

  Austin Benton literally has allowed the stress of Honors Geometry to dissipate! As a family, we cannot thank him enough for the clear, detailed, and approachable methodology in teaching complex content to our high school sophomore. Austin is flexible with scheduling and our son enjoys his personality. Excellent tutor!

  Very helpful with the school that I've been struggling with. Would recommend to others that could use the help. My performance for math has increased substantially with the help of my amazing tutor. He knows exactly what he's talking about and will make sure the message gets across so that you're actually learning. I'm very thankful we found this platform and will continue to use it as I need it.

  From start to finish, our experience with Learner has been amazing. Onboarding was seamless and the customer engagement team was friendly and listened well. We were paired with Kelly Bow, who is an incredibly gifted teacher. My goals were to ensure that my child was really learning the math concepts, not regurgitating for a test. Also, I wanted it to be fun - math is such a rewarding academic, but schools can beat the love of it out of children. We are a few months into weekly sessions with Kelly. Not only is Kelly brilliant and a gifted teacher - she knows how to teach children to enjoy the chase of solving a math problem. She shows my daughter the wonder of learning math and how rewarding the "a ha!" moment is. My daughter's confidence improved. Her test scores were already good but they are even better. More importantly? She can't wait for her sessions with Kelly. She comes out of her sessions glowing. She is teaching her teacher and classmates new ways to solve problems. She ASKS for extra sessions. And that is how you create lifelong learners. I have a feeling Kelly will be stuck with us through graduation.

  I needed a tutor for math and was paired with John Mooney. He was amazing! he goes above and beyond to make sure you understand your work. Anytime I had a question, he answered quickly. He has a great youtube channel that's also helpful. I highly recommend him. I went from being afraid to take a math class to loving math because of John.

  I have been very pleased with learner.com! I have a 1st grader who would tell me that she was “bored” with the math done at school. I do two sessions per week with learner.com tutor Olivia, and this has definitely helped my daughter continue to develop her math skills and continue to find math an engaging subject. The organization, and my tutor specifically , hash been flexible, reliable and very professional.

  My high school daughter's math tutor John has been a godsend. He is flexible, friendly, and thoroughly professional. I have been impressed with his ability to use classroom materials and adapt to her needs.   Chris has been a phenomenal tutor for my daughter, who is a junior in high school, and has been struggling with calculus. We tried three other tutoring services prior to coming across Learner.com. The people at Learner.com asked multiple questions about my daughter's learning style, personality, and outside interests prior to pairing her with a tutor. They clicked immediately, and he has proved to be life-changing for her with her class. She has had a full grade and a half improvement in just one month of tutoring. I can't thank Chris and Learner.com enough!

  My daughter is a junior in high school and currently taking College Algebra. At one point, she was failing the class. Within 3 weeks, she had her grade to a C. My daughter has enjoyed working with her tutor. I highly recommend tutoring with Learner.

  For the first portion of the year I have been in online school and Austin has helped me work through the unclear instructions I was given for math. I am taking Geometry and he helped me learn everything I needed to understand Geometry once I went to school in person. Even once I moved to my school over the winter, I have continued to be helped online and he has helped me pick up anything I might have missed the previous semester when I was not in person. It has been great and these sessions taught me a lot!

  I've had a Fantastic experience on learner! My tutor is very helpful. I'm frequently asked if I have questions which is something I wish my teacher did lol. Even though I send my work late often he seems to always be prepare to teach. And as a testimony I've already went up a letter grade and aced my math exams with only one session a week. I would recommend this to anyone dedicated to achieving academic excellence!

  I think I is a very good way for kids to get help. The tutors are great and really ravage with you during your sessions. I think everybody to give it a try. I really enjoy it and it helps with a lot. My tutor is Gerard Cronin and he is a big help.

  I think the tutors are great and really help. I think it is a great way for kids can get that need it. The tutors really engage with you while you are getting help. My tutor is Gerard Cronin and he is a very big help in me getting good grades. I think everybody should try it.

  The tutor is excellent. This is the best tutor we've had for math. The website interface is about average. It's not as fancy as Varsity Tutors as it's very straightforward but the white board seems to work well for my kid. The billing/credit section is a bit unclear and I had to ask to understand how my credits were applied.

  We have been extremely happy with the help we’ve gotten from our tutor, Austin. He does a great job explaining concepts to my daughter who was struggling with her HS Algebra 2 class. She has had much more confidence since she started working with Austin. I have also appreciated to professionalism and excellent customer service I have received from everyone at Learner.   Learner.com hires professional tutors who have deep knowledge of their disciplines and have made a noticeable impact on the confidence, and grades, for both of teenaged boys. During the pandemic when online learning was necessary, and when many teachers were not ready for it, Learner.com already had it down to a science. They use a platform that provides learning history, a whiteboard for live problem solving help, notes from the tutor after each session, video recordings of sessions so students and parents can review what was covered, and easy scheduling tools. Tutoring sessions were a fabulous supplement to boost engagement and understanding exactly when my boys needed it most.

  My son is 5 years old almost 6 now and he is Math precocious. Kim has been able for more than 6 months to entertain him with online game based learning and continues to do so. Being so young, he responds best to this learning style and Kim does a great job with everything including content, explanations, and presentation. Overall, the lessons are fun and productive.

  Perfect compliment to in-school advanced Algebra class. My daughter and her instructor, Olenka do some reinforcing of the concepts covered in school and work out sample problems and review any homework problems of difficulty. If your student is having some difficulty with math or as in our case just wanted to get a strong grasp of the material, this is what I would recommend as a first look.

  Learner provided a dedicated warm but rigorous math tutor for my son. My son and the tutor developed a trust and with the tutor my son did much better at school. Their video session allows me (the parent) to see the session and provide an option for my son to see the lesson later. Mike, the founder of the company is accessible for me to express any concerns or questions I have had.

  Excellent! The Tutor Jim worked very well with my daughter who is a High School Senior and needed Math 4 to graduate. Very patient and accommodating when I had to reschedule due to her basketball schedule. Highly recommended!

  My grandson was struggling with his advanced math class during Covid and fell far behind. He was about to take a final and we were concerned he wouldn’t pass. With only two days to prepare I contacted Learner after seeing an advertisement online. Learner immediately found a wonderful teacher who contacted me the same day. He worked with my grandson and within 2 hours my grandson’s confidence was raised. He passed the final and was able to pass the class for the year. He continued to work with the instructor Sanjay and is thriving and excelling in his classes! I will continue to use Learner for all of my children and grandchildren and strongly recommend Learner to all!

  My daughter wanted to take Algebra over the summer so she could test out of it and go directly into Geometry in 8th grade so we contacted Learner. The program and the tutor, Sanjay, she was assigned were remarkable. She was more than prepared to test out of it and she blew her Math teacher away with how much she had learned in just 20 lessons. The tutor was fantastic and made it challenging and fun for my daughter which is not always easy to do with an over-achiever, or virtually. He also provided other tips for PSAT testing and other academic links she could go to in her free time. He was always flexible with her busy athletic schedule and made time for lessons outside of normal business hours to accommodate her. I can't say enough great things about him, or this program. The customer service was excellent and it's an overall great program. I highly recommend it for anyone either wanting to move ahead in a subject or if they just need extra help. A really top notch program!

  My son was matched with a tutor who really understood his challenges with math. She communicated with him so well. His grades soared. He now feels confident that he understands the fundamentals and can continue to make progress. The flexibility of the program is great. He can request a session whenever he needs it and has been able to find time to meet with his tutor without having to miss other activities. I highly recommend Learner.

  This is an extraordinary program that finds the right fit for your child to be inspired to explore and learn code. My son has had 3 excellent mentors over the last 2 years and has matured in coding and learning with excellent guidance, clear structure and time to explore his own interests with a wonderful set of tools. His mentor/tutor is always available to him and has developed a supportive and inspiring relationship. This program is one of the finest in education, utilizing young and incredible talent. The program management are always easy to reach and coordinate with.

  I've been using Learner for a year now for my kids. I have a 10, 14, and 15 year old getting math tutoring. It's been amazing! Some of them were behind and struggling a lot, but now they're getting A's and B's in math! My other kid was an advanced student and the tutor helped him do some fun higher-level math the school couldn't provide. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

  I would highly recommend learner for your child’s tutorial needs. My daughters tutor has helped improve her failing grade in pre-calc to a B. The tutor is on top of everything and my daughter really likes her. They help match your child with the appropriate tutor by asking background questions. Very helpful. From the enrollment process to the scheduling of sessions has been very easy. Questions are answered promptly.

  My high school son struggles with making sense of math and working with Phillip is helping those missing pieces fall into place.   My daughter has learned so much from her experience with Learner. She is not only excelling in advanced algebra, she now loves math and is eager to learn, Zach has been the perfect instructor and I couldn’t be happier with his knowledge, teaching skills and attitude.   We love Timothy and learner!!! My son (15) is an IEP student, doesn’t care for school at all, low confidence and was willing to let his failing grades especially in math direct who and how we would become as an adult. Timothy connected with my son and said he had similar experiences as a child and could relate. Timothy found the “area of growth needed” which was not at the current grade level but about three years behind. He split the lesson to catch up, work on the basics and the second half to work on current school work. Timothy found “the way” the my son learns information and directed his lesson plan towards that. My son is an incredible smart kid but if he’s not taught in a way “he learns” then he would he doomed to failing grades. Learner and Timothy have changed his entire thought about school! He went from an “F” to a “C+” in a matter of 5 lessons. We’re not stopping there… Learner will be the bridge that connected the gap that school could not. I’m forever grateful for this program!!   My daughter was having trouble keeping up with her math class, and while she was still getting good grades she was having to dedicate all of her free time to math.   If they had six stars I would give it seven! I was Desperately Seeking a tutor for my son for math, and I only randomly came up on this site. I'm a natural skeptic, and my experience has been that there is a disconnect between student needs and appropriate tutoring. To my surprise, when you go through the process of signing up, they ask you about your students likes, dislikes, abilities moods etc etc. So I was impressed. I had never seen it before, and it gave me confidence in them. Ben is affable, educated, and professional. He understand the uniqueness of every person and their learning styles, and I told him a lot of specifics about the type of tutor who would be good for my son. He nailed it. The tutor Sanjay really connected with my son, which is what he needs. He also could pinpoint his areas of weaknesses and strength and target what they needed to concentrate on. He was also so supportive of my son which is what he needs. My kid is a b h d has memory and visual processing deficits, and for the first time he felt smart and wonderful instead of stupid. I really really can't say enough about how wonderful they are :-)

  I had a great experience with Learner. I had Alan as my tutor and he really helped me with Differential Equations. It was a hard class and I really needed help. My teacher for the class wasn’t great at thoroughly explaining the material, but Alan helped me along and explained anything that I had trouble understanding. I would have liked to have longer sessions every once in awhile, but overall it was a good experience.

  Kimberly was who was matched with my 10 year old daughter for math. She was excellent. We were thrown into homeschool due to our trouble finding a new house in this market. Needless to say we were trying to find our learning path. Mike the owner found us some pdf curriculums to use as a basis for teaching and they took it from there. My daughter and Kim started working through the work together. She made sure she got the full time each session and made sure that she was understanding all of the things that they were working on. My daughter is very shy and does not like asking questions but Kim made her feel comfortable and confident to ask if she was having trouble. I cant say enough good things about Kim and Mike. They have both been very helpful and my daughter has learned so much since they stared.   My and tutor, Chelsea, turned his attitude toward math around in a couple of weeks. His confidence has soared and he is getting As! He had a D average when he started working with Chelsea. She got him up to speed on core concepts quickly. He is even able to work ahead of the class on assignments. I believe his excellent tutor has set my son up for continued success in math. He now has the foundation he needs to finish high school without fearing he will fail math. His goal when he started tutoring was to avoid having to go to summer school. Working with Chelsea, he has accomplished that goal and moved to the head of his class!
