  1st time I ordered I was able to send two gifts to two addresses and get free shipping. This time I could not combine the order. I had to add an additional purchase to get free shipping. You should have a consistent policy. Not sure if I will prefer again. One shipment has not arrived yet. Overnight delivery going on 2 weeks.

  I have to order the chocolate online since I moved out from NY to TX. The staffs in the store in Columbus circle were great. Glad the website is not too difficult. And there is nothing to complain the packaging. But I think you should put some small sample as a gimmick to the regular customer. I have ordered many times from la maison Chocolat and gifted to my customers. This is another free marketing for your brand.

  All I can say is that the online ordering process (names, addresses, card nums etc. If something is wrong or missing I get no help identifying what's wrong. I don't remember what field was the problem. sorry Try filling out the forms to send something to Cathy French and Don Johnson. Two people, same address. You can go look at my last order to see the BS required to fill out the order. And then of course it broke the gift message, because you actually require "to" names in the messsage, but of course only one. I had to request that incorrect be removed because they came out completely wrong in the message text. Names shouldn't required at all. If I want a name in the text I'll put it in the text. It took phone call to actually get the corrections done.

I will go so far as to say that as of 2023, I believe that there is no one in the market that can match the exceptional quality of your chocolate.   La Maison is the best chocolate in the world. I was introduced to it in the 90s while vacationing in California. I used to order it through Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills. Later they opened in NYC and I was able to buy it there whenever I vacationed in the area. Now I sometimes order it online if I'm not going to be vacationing in NYC. Love it.

  Long time customer. And for good reasons: The product is not only appreciated by me but my friends and family who receive gifts arrive at the same opinion. Service is mostly great. Who else writes cards for me that I compose and supply artfully designed bags to hold the gifts or my orders. Highly recommended in French and English.

  It was good that the chocolate was wrapped with plastic wrap since one of the dry ice packs was leaking a bit. Thankfully, the chocolate was well protected.
