    I ordered later at night and the shipment went out the next morning. I was sent tracking and the package arrived as expected. Now for the chocolate. My wife is very into her chocolate and this is her favorite brand by far. It is surprisingly difficult to find good chocolate outside of Manhattan in new york so it is super convenient they ship. All around you can't go wrong.

    I was able to place my Valentines order for 150 clients of mine they were very accommodating with the express delivery and including gift bags. When the delivery arrived i was taken back on how small the chocolate was so they arranged for me tompick up tissue paper at the rock center location to stuff the bag a bit more!

    Easy ordering. It seemed like the websites bot in the US and in France were more responsive than previously. My only issue was that some of the chocolates appeared dried out, with the outer shell of chocolate breaking away from the ganache inside. I don't recall this issue in any other orders I have placed over the years. It may have been that many extra coffrets were produced far ahead of the holidays in order to allow for what certainly must be a huge increase in holiday demand. That is just a guess, but at any rate, I had not previously noted this issue with the product.

    I provided La Maison with an incorrect address. Corey at La Maison first tried to get the correct address to Fedex. When that info did not make it in time and the order was delivered to the wrong address (again, this was my fault), Corey gratiously generated a replacement order and the recipient recieved my gift within a day or so. Cant ask for better service than that,

    It took 15 emails going back and forth with a representative who was a smart aleck and quite disrespectful of the client purchasing items. I really want to speak to someone in upper management so that I do not provide a quote negative review based on one person’s bad behavior.     I hope you correct Corey for disengaging a customer. It was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. I think your chocolate ranks well, and I am a luxury product shopper who is also a journalist., and a luxury blogger I would never want my brand to treat a customer so poorly that they have to post a negative review. I literally held back on saying how you sent me a product that had 3 weeks of shelf life. You have products that maximize to 88 days according to him, so I just asked that I be sent a product that was not at the end. To me, it’s tossing the soon to be garbage at me. I even asked if in future orders they would ship me products with longer shelf life—he told me no. If I go to a store and see an item is at the end of its shelf life—I do not purchase it. I do not need the snarky remarks he made about it not having preservatives. WHO does he think your clientele is that I wouldn’t know the level of product I’m purchasing and why I am motivated to purchase with you. It was just a really, really bad experience. Every aspect of my life is in a luxury brand, and I just literally can not imagine any place I go giving the client such an arm twisting experience. He should not be representing your brand with clients. Just. Hands. Down. He should not. He made that remark about chocolates with preservative but he came off as one who was used to talking to Reese cup purchasers. He was awful. Horrible. Terrible. And, instead of getting me to management, he insisted on keeping a 15 email combat going. Who does that? Is there no escalation protocol in your brand. These are comments I could make public. The 15 emails, I could easily discuss on social media but I have opted to tell you and I hope something is done about it. I’m very uncomfortable even ordering from you ever again. There are many luxury brands and why would someone return to you having had that kind of bad experience. Please tell me.

    Hello! I have enjoyed macarons countless times in France and wanted my grand children in America to taste "real" macarons. La Maison du Chocolat did not disappoint. The macarons arrived fresh and were delicious. My grand children loved them and I was thrilled to watch a nine year old savor them slowly to let her taste buds delight in the delicate flavor. After each experience she made sure to check the descriptive paper enclosed in the box to see whether she had correctly identified the flavor. I think "passion fruit" was her favorite. Thank you for making those delicacies available!!

    I love this store but you guys really dropped the ball on my last order. I ordered 2 items to qualify for free shipping and only received 1, with no explanation. I had to reach out and contact customer support to find out that I only received one item because they were out of stock of the other, but they still charged me for it. They gave me a refund to purchase a new item, and had to pay shipping for it because it was below the free shipping theshold- even though I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO ORDER A 2nd time! Not only were Christmas presents delayed but it also cost me more money !!! Very disappointed in the company not fully opening their mistake

    The Chocolate is terrific no question Your customer service is atrocious. I ordered with a delivery of dec 14 on Dec 15 I checked green status and it was scheduled for Dec 18 We were leaving town on the 16th. I wrote customer service and left 2 messages to reroute the delivery to our vacation address - no response I called again Friday and spoke to a woman who said she would call fedex and change the delivery and send an email to confirm Friday afternoon I hadn’t gotten an email so I called again and she assured me she’d changed the delivery My order arrived Saturday morning literally as we were pulling out to leave Just shameful service

    Each year at Christmas, I buy my wife a sampler of your products. It's something she always looks forward to. I googled options this year and saw that Williams Sonoma (also a favorite of hers) was an option to order through. I went to the store at The Galleria of Mt. Lebanon, 1500 Washington Rd. Suite 1203, Pittsburgh, PA 15228 1656. I waited in line to make my order and when I told the clerk what I wanted, I was met with a clueless look from a rather snooty looking middle aged woman. I explained again what I wanted and she said "No, we don't have that here." I went outside the store and just ordered from you directly on my phone, but the experience was quite unpleasant inside the store. Mt Lebanon is a very upscale neighborhood and as I was dressed in work clothes I felt judged and found wanting by the clerk at the store. She was not the least bit helpful. I will continue to buy your product, but not through Williams Sonoma again.

    The truffles were supposed to arrive on a certain date, but never shipped. I had to cancel my order since it was for a gift and was time sensitive. When I spoke to the manager about the non-shipment I asked if I could possibly receive a discount for my order due to the timing issue, but he said no. He could only offer a future discount. I think for being a high-end chocolatier, which I have bought a few times before from I was very disappointed with the experience.

I paid over $20 for next-day delivery for a birthday, and not only was my order not delivered on the date I requested, your Customer Service representative sent me a very cavalier and unprofessional reply when I complained (claiming that due to the holiday season my order's delivery date could not be guaranteed!!!)
