Verified reviewOur Vet Dr recommended food Koha for my cat since he has pancreatic issues.My cat likes the food.So I started ordering…Right away I noticed the website is nor user friendly.In New York I couldn’t find Koha food in any pet stores or order it from Chews.com or Petco.Was no choice to order on Kohapet.com.I had questions,tried to call.They want to leave a message or email them,no answer for a few days.Poor customer service.The delivery fee is expensive in my opinion,unless you order minimum $69 every time.The las time I got my box smashed and half opened.Delivery took a week instead of 2-3 days. I would not order food from them anymore,but my cat seemed needs it and likes it.So,I give a company one more chance.

Verified reviewI have reoccurring order every two weeks for about 9 months and have been extremely satisfied. This order the beef cans are all complete soup inside and my cats refuse to eat them. Not sure about quality control on this batch.

Verified reviewThis is a company that not only cares about the quality of their product, but customer service as well. The food cans are always packaged well and shipments arrive incredibly fast, especially given conditions these days. The food itself is loved by both cats. I only wish the rabbit were significantly less expensive as it’s the only protein I’ve found so far (with the help of our vet) that one of our cats digests with no problem. Our other cat could literally eat out of a garbage can and be okay, but absolutely loves the Koha rabbit, too.

Orders are filled quickly and if I need to change an automatic order it is easy to do so on the website. I'm really glad I found this company.

I just wish they’d split up larger orders into more reasonably sized boxes as no mortal human could ever possibly be expected to carry some of these enormously large and heavy boxes that online pet food retailers insist on sending.

Verified reviewFood is great and delivery was timely but they need to work on making their packaging more eco friendly. I got cases of shrink wrapped food wrapped in bubble wrap and covered other boxes to protect them… so unnecessary and wasteful.
