Verified reviewLove koha pet products but I wish the cans didn't come dented. I am not sure if this is an issue with warehouse or shipping but with each order I get a significant amount of dented cans. I would give five stars if not for the dents.

Verified reviewThe first order of shredded beef I received was mostly liquid. I reached out to the company who said they are aware of some manufacturing issues with this food. I paid a lot of money for this beef soup. Their answer was too bad, it just how it is, if I wish to pay to ship it back I can get a refund. The second order was for shredded chicken, my cat has a lot of food sensitivities, after gradually mixing it into her current food she began to vomit it up. I was told I could return the remaining cans at my own expense for a refund. I was advised to make sure I packed them carefully although the boxes I received were badly damaged as were a couple of the cans breeched. I feel their customer service representative could have cared less, subpar food, oh well….”we know”!

Verified reviewI am very impressed with Koha from ordering online, to the delivery and the quality of food. We have a very finicky Siamese and I tried her on the rabbit juice and she ate it Which was amazing. Again she is very finicky — one day she may like it and the next day she may stop eating it so we are trying out the chicken this time to see how she likes it. Overall happy with the company. Thank you for your dedication for healthier pet food.

Verified reviewI really want to like this food for my cats because it has the healthy ingredients and the higher fat content that my kitty needs but 30% of it is filled with liquid and the pate itself is shrunken inside of the can. Walk about pet food fills their 5.5oz can to the rim and actually gives you the 5.5 oz of food it promises. Koha unfortunately gives you probably 4oz out of the 5.5 can in reality which adds to the already high costs. It also came to me in a half ripped open box because they put one layer of tape on the box and the box quality was super thin and cheap. For the price I def expected better quantity of food vs the shrinking amount of food all these pet food companies are doing because of the economy right now. Just be transparent and say you can’t afford to fill 5.5 oz cans anymore and only sell a smaller size that is actually full. And I also expected a better packing job for the price too. It’s really unfortunate cause I was really excited about this food and the quality ingredients for my cat who has special needs for his Gi system and his kidneys . Bummer

Verified reviewI was looking for a quality food for my Jack who has IBD. I decided to give this food a try and I'm glad I did. Jack likes the pate and shreds a lot. But, he is picky so I keep buying the trial packs. This way he can have different flavors every other day. I wish they would sell half cases.

Verified reviewExcellent so far. It was a long journey that eventually lead me to KOHA. Frankie our eldest had been having runny stools for a year and 1/2. He suffers with IBD and had been on RX food for pretty much years by now. All that was left out there was ZD wet and dry food. After a bad bout of IBD he then developed Diabetes (due to prednisone) fortunately after only feeding him wet food and getting his insulin regulated he recovered, which was such good news. Still left the issue of runny stools and on a RX food where the protein has been broken down. So a few more months went by and then he started eating less and less which then lead him into pancreatitis. Poor Frankie was wasting away and I had to do something outside of the box. So I started my research, I really didn’t want to start cooking and making my own cat food. I stumbled upon Koha…by this point Frankie just needed to eat food or things weren’t looking good for him, so I ordered a palate of the rabbit (He can’t have anything fowl) I then found out I could get it at Hollywood feed so while I waited on the that order to arrive I went and picked up some cans from there. BOY OH BOY….Our sweet Frankie chowed down like he had not eaten in forever! I just let him have however much he wanted. He usually weighed in at 16lbs when he started eating Koha he had gotten down to 10lbs…well 3 months later he is weighing in at the perfect weight for hiim, SOLID STOOLS, no pancreatitis, happier then he has been in forever and he is still chowing down with no eating issues. FRANKIE, HIGH PAWS UP TO YOU ALL!! I have noticed that there is a slight difference in texture between the small and larger cans, Frankie will eat both. Now Django loves the small cans but not fussed on the larger, weird, but as long as they are eating, I am good. Anyway all I care about is the fact there were some amazing people out there that realized even with all the RX food out there there is still irritants in those and made a food which is balanced, no filler and 96% actual rabbit. THANK YOU KOHA!! You guys quite possibly saved Frankie’s life! If you ever decide to do a dry food with no fowl, we are in. So if you too are here researching due to tummy issues etc…Try it! What have you got to lose more like what will you gain…a happy, healthier, pusscat…and NO MORE RUNNY STOOLS! Whoop whoop. Thank you Koha! 😻😻😻😻😻😻😻
