Verified reviewI've contacted customer service with a concern of my cat's veterinarian. The staff and owner responded quickly and thoughtfully. The product we purchase for our cat was a replacement for a prescription brand that became unavailable during the pandemic as it seemed to be sourced abroad. Fortunately, I found Kohapet. As I searched for a specific animal protein online, the owner of a local feed store, linked as a retailer, assured me of the quality of the product before I purchased online. Had he the product on his shelves, I would have driven the 14 miles to purchase on his recommendation. Additionally, our cat preferred it to the prescription brand from the start and licks her bowl clean. Kohapet is a great company with products and service in support of which they excel. Thank you.

I have a 13 year old cat with inflammatory bowel disorder, and Koha has been a terrific resource for me in the quest for a novel protein diet (recommended by our veterinarian). Great product line, high quality pet foods, well worth the price!
