Verified reviewUnfortunately my cat would have nothing to do with the wet food. I ordered the combination so I could try all of them but she just wasn’t having it. I’m very bummed as the ingredients look wonderful and healthy!

Verified reviewMy pup was doing great on the Lamb stew till it was discontinued. I tried others but it wasn't working. I switched over to he duck since it is a novel protein but he's a couple mild IBD flair ups in it. Not sure what it is. I'm holding out in hopes the Lamb stew comes back. The duck is meaty looking just not as great for my pup

Verified reviewOrdered this. food. It was on sale. I didn’t know when ordering, that I couldn’t return unused boxes of unopened wet food (never happened to me in my experience). My IBD cat couldn’t eat it. Tried to return or exchange. No where on the webPAGE (not website) mentioned sale food purchases are final sales. I called them to return or exchange - which obviously they did not. 2 days later after they received my complaint - they added “final sale , no returns “ on the web page With an IBD cat, it is very stressful for both the human and cat. Desperate for solutions, I’ll try anything. I thought this food would of been good I’ve donated the food since. And I haven’t seen one cat like the food, which is weird. Maybe it’s the lamb flavor

It tends to be rich and some pets, especially our IBD customers need extra time to adjust. We have a transition chart posted on our website to help guide you through the process. KOHA offers "trial packs" and a 3-can minimum, these options were created to allow your cat to "sample" a variety of flavors or 1 specific flavor to find which he likes best before making a (10) case investment. I am sorry you are disappointed with our company's return policy. We pride ourselves on transparency, all of our sales are final and clearly posted both in the promotional emails and on our website.
