Verified reviewthe shopping cart and checkout required improvement. It should be in the following order . 1.add the product to cart 2. Choose shipping address 3. Payment 4. Submit order I ordered using my phone and paid using the credit-card . The shipping address and billing address were used from my card .I couldn’t edit and tried calling and sent email and got response saying shipping address can’t be changed. I received the package and spend $18 to ship again. The cats love the food so product is good.

We understand how frustrating it is when the computer/smartphone automatically auto-fills your current address, especially when you want to ship elsewhere. Per our telephone conversation, your request to update the shipping address came after the order shipped. Our customer support team gave you the option of having it delivered to the original address or delivered to your local post office for pick up, per the USPS rerouting guidelines. We are sorry you had to pay additional shipping to send the food to your friend. Sounds like it was worth it! Glad to hear your friend's cat is enjoying KOHA!

Verified reviewThe reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the for the inconsistency in texture and color between the small cans of rabbit and the larger ones. I typically buy the bigger cans but couldn't afford this time around. The bigger cans have browner meat and smell like rabbit. The smaller cans had whiter meat and smelled like chicken. My kitten wouldn't eat the smaller cans.

Verified reviewI give 3 stars only just because, I purchased the trial pack to see if my cat will eat this food. But when I contact the customer service to ask for return/refund, they don’t accept returns and no refunds. So I am stuck with this food that my cat refuses to eat.

Verified reviewKoha has a stew product my dog loves. I received an offer for their dental products at 20% discount and thought I would try them. The discount did not take a check out and my order processed at full price. I’ve written two emails and made a call to customer service within 48 hours asking if my order could be recalculated or a credit applied for a future order. I’ve never heard from Koha. As much as I like the canned product, I will find a local source to make future purchases.

Verified reviewMy elderly cat developed a chicken allergy a few years ago. It's basically impossible to find cat foods without some form of chicken additives, so I was really happy to find kohapet. There are lots of chicken-free options to give her the varied diet to avoid developing another allergy, and she loves the food (especially the beef!). Would recommend to anyone else with a food-sensitive cat!
