Verified reviewThe food is great and my dog loves it. I gave 4 stars because of the way the cases are shipped. I ordered 3 cases of food which were all shipped in ONE box. Needless to say, the weight of the box was extreme. Also , not enough packing resulted in dented cans.

Verified reviewI like this company when they get the order right. They did not send what I ordered. They shorted me a can of rabbit and send an extra duck stew. I wrote to them and we'll see what they do. I would prefer to get the extra can of rabbit and send back the duck stew.

I have no idea why this is being called a "sample order" other than to somehow diminish KOHA's responsibility or to indicate I would have been happy with anything KOHA chose to send. This was an order of 15 cans of a variety of cat food at full cost and was not a "sample" of anything. My cats are far too fussy eaters to order by the case. I have ordered this way from KOHA in the past and it's never been called a "sample" order. While the error is difficult to understand in this size of an order, the "attitude" is galling. I will find another food.
