Verified reviewAfter some concerns voiced by our pet's veterinarian, I reached out to Kohapet and was surprised by being contacted by the owner, who addressed those concerns, assuring her of the rigorous quality control and nutritional balance of their products. I have had only one other occasion to reach out concerning an expedited shipment and said shipment was delivered before said pet's food on hand was depleted.

Verified reviewThe site is very easy to navigate and I can quickly find what I need. I normally shop at Chewy or my local pet supply shop, Mud Bay (which carries the poké bowls). I decided to buy directly from Koha so I didn't clear out the stock at Mud Bay. I wish Chewy carried it so I could order all my supplies together, but Koha shipped it very nicely. I appreciate that the package was even labeled as fragile. My cat was so excited when the box arrived! She knew it was for her. Thank you, Koha!

Verified reviewI found KOHA when searching for a non-poultry canned food that was safe for Ava, who had been diagnosed with food allergies and IBS. The vets of course pushed "hydrolyzed chicken" put out by their clinic brand, main ingredients of corn and soy (yum- moldy grains!) Ava was on that brand when I adopted her, and she came to me with explosive diarrhea. The vet actually said I should put her on MORE of that brand! I said, "No thanks, this clinic brand killed one of my former furbabies, not going near it." And I transitioned Ava to the brand I trusted and added canned pumpkin and done! But now to find poultry-free food that is good if not better quality than what I had been feeding her, and enter KOHA! Ava is flourishing on KOHA rabbit, although I did have to find out she can never have any kind of dry food again, not even the rabbit dry from another trusted brand. As long as I feed her the KOHA canned rabbit, which she LOVES, she thrives! In fact, I love KOHA so much, I wanted to switch the other 2 cats, as well. It took a bit of experimenting, but Alyona is madly in love with the chicken and turkey stew, while Buttercup begs for the chicken and turkey pate'. Neither one cared for the shredded version, which looked and smelled so good I wanted it for dinner! They're warming up to duck, which was poor Ava's favorite protein! I find the cats need to see a new food for a day or two (or even three) before they actually try it, to make sure mommy didn't serve them poison by mistake (thanks for the trust, guys). So now I've finally got the Floof Patrol all on KOHA! KOHA orders always arrive promptly, correctly, and packaged well, so I've never had any damage. Total KOHA Fan!

The only feedback I have is that the turn around between the order being placed and it being delivered is too long - for me it's usually a week. And that's if they don't have some issue with my credit card, which is a manual process and it seems only one person handles it. You're growing, Koha Pet! You need a team (more than 1 person) to manage your back office! 😊

Verified reviewThis is really an excellent website and they sell a lot of excellent products. Actually I think they sell all excellent products. The only issue I really have a problem with is the price. I know you got what you paid for but it is really a struggle to get good food in the house when the prices look like this. For the most part I've been doing the chicken shreds whenever I order but I have a little dog that needs a cleanse I need to get off the chicken just in case of an allergy. I bought him the other shreds and they're about $20 more per case. I'm sorry but the price is just really out there a $20 jump from chicken to beef. Yeah I know I buy it anyway because my dogs need what they need but still it's frustrating. I still love this company though their customer service is always exceptional and I can always place my order quickly and easily from the website. They pack well and ship quickly.
