Verified reviewI had my shipment be delivered to the wrong address at no fault of my own. It took many emails to get my order delivered and there was a lot of waiting. Very poor communication with an issue that I did not create. I am unsure if I want to order directly from Koha or drive half an hour to the pet store that carries this food. It's very unfortunate and would love to order directly but it cause a lot of stress and an unexpected trip to the pet store because the food didn't come in time before we ran out at the house. The quality of food is great and one of the few things my cat can eat.

Verified reviewMy cat likes this food and it’s helpful for her IBD. It’s pretty expensive though and had delayed shipping issues on the last order. Customer service wasn’t helpful.

Our autoship program is designed to ensure your pet never runs out of food, but we understand that sometimes, plans change. As per our email conversation, our platform is set up to give you complete control over your subscription account. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled shipping date. Unfortunately, it appears the cancellation request was received after this window had closed. If a return is necessary, customer support is happy to assist.

Verified reviewLet me tell you my cat loves the rabbit pate. She dug right into it, which is absolutely great news because she cannot have chicken at all in her diet. Otherwise, she gets diarrhea bad. I was told rabbit taste very similar to chicken and it does not seem to disappoint. Your recipe is fantastic. Thank you!
