  The website states that delivery in Quebec takes 1-3 days. When I placed my order, it was shipped after 9 days and arrived after 12 days. This is unacceptable, especially since I ordered it as a birthday gift and it arrived late. Customer service communication was good.

  I am in British Columbia and the delivery of items I previously purchased from Kitchen Essentials were marked Fragile and packed well with paper wads and each item had overly sufficient plastic wrap around each individual boxed item. This order arrived in two shipments. Fortunately and surprisingly, the bowls were safely delivered and in one piece due to extra packing by the warehouse team. Unfortunately, the package that the platters were delivered in was not packed with additional paper wadding and sufficient bubble wrapping….as a result one of the rectangular platters was broken within its own sealed box. I reached out to Kitchen Essentials and was advised that they would refund that item. I am still waiting for the item to be refunded by the company.

  The price for this Staub Pot was excellent but when I received it, it had a flaw (a small discoloured chip). It is my belief it was a factory second shipped directly from Zwilling. Customer service was good and they arranged for it to be picked up from my home and a replacement sent out. I am waiting for the replacement. Hopefully there will be no issues with it.

  The dinnerware rates 5 stars but the delivery only 3. I missed the home delivery of the last of the 3 pieces in my order - and why was the order split into 3 different deliveries? At the Purolator depot, the answer was the last item had not arrived based on the tracking number. I persisted showing the text I recieved. She typed in another number from the text message; miraculously the item WAS at the depot. Not satisfactory.

  I am absolutely thrilled with my Maxwell and Williams Enchantment 12-piece set! The set is stunning and even more beautiful in person, and I cannot wait to use it.   Found my tea cups at Kitchen Essentials, which I have never heard of this company. Since I have been looking for quite sometime for these tea cups I went ahead and ordered them. Ordering them was no problem, I was just hoping that they would be shipped with no problem. I received my tea cups within a matter of days, everything went smoothly, they let me know every step of the way right from the start. I will definitely order from Kitchen Essentials again without hesitation.

  I am very pleased with the dishes I ordered from Kitchenessentials, the website showed very good pictures of an excellent choice to choose from & the dishes are as great as the pictures showed. The ease of choosing, ordering & paying was very simple & delivery was less than a week with alerts being delivered each step of the way. I have received many compliments on my dinnerware & asked "where did you get these". I highly recommend this company & I would definately order from them again.

I would also mention that in terms of product I am blown away by the quality selection when I visit local kitchen stores in my area all I see is plastic junk on kitchenessentials I'm seeing top quality brands from Europe.
