  Easy to use web site and ordering platform. However, once the order was placed and I got a confirmation email, a week went by with my order status as "Processing". I finally called customer service and got prompt, friendly help from the agent who told me the item had to come from the supplier. Shipment to me would be made as soon as KitchenEssentials received it. Everything worked out well, but I would have preferred an email telling me about the minor delay as reassurance that my order was fine.

  I had been looking for some replacement plates and I did not want to buy a full place setting. I was able to purchase the Maxwell Williams Cirque dinner plates and side plates. They arrived quickly and with no breakage or damage.

  The web site was easy to navigate, and when I called to verify the status of my order, the rep was honest with telling me my order was backordered. But it came the time he quoted, so that was great. The price alone was the best anywhere, too. Good job, Kitchen Essentials!

  Service was great. Site was easy to navigate. Delivery was fast and as stated when order was placed. Shipping fee was outrageous. I would buy this product in a store locally if possible. There is no other option to purchase this item but here, so you pay the price. Not happy.

  The dishes are exactly as depicted. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that the oblong bowl has a small flaw along one edge where the color is missing other than this small flaw the ordering was easy, delivery prompt and the dishes were very well packed.
