  I've been using Kaiser Willy's for quite a while now and they have just about everything I need for my 1956 CJ 6. Their website is easy to negotiate and I love how they include instructional videos. Customer service is top-notch!

  Kaiser Willys has an impressive assortment of parts in line with my needs. However, their webshop's support for shipping parts outside the US is really poor. For me living in Europe (EU), it's hard to understand the total price including shipping cost. It must be an easy thing provide the standard shipping cost to countries within the EU.

  KW is the go-to place for any part I need for my '51 jeep. I'm not sure how I would be able to restore this little piece of history without them. The catalog is awesome from both a parts resource and also educational. I also like all the pictures of other projects to keep me motivated. I'm on the website so often that I think a "Save for later" feature in the shopping cart section would be helpful-sort of a wish list. I currently will fill the shopping cart as I think of things while working on a project. It may take me several weeks and I appreciate how the site keeps track of it for me.

  My last two orders had back orders. They notify you after the charge and order is processed. Kaiser Willys is a very honest company and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them. It might be nice to be able to opt out if one doesn’t want to deal with the wait.

  Sorry for the issue on your leaf springs. Our inventory got mixed and as soon as we were notified on it we tried to make it right. I know there was a mix up on it. My apologies. We always try to make things right for customers at all costs. Please reconsider if at all possible - i see you have placed over a dozen orders most of which went smoothly.   As I stated in the review. The last 3 orders have had issues. I ordered an overdrive in July of last year when it finally arrived in Sept. it was in pieces. I waited another month for a replacement. I ordered parts for a front axle repair and had parts missing in the parts packaging. And now the order besides having 2 different springs is still missing bolts and the brake order is missing s tubes when it asks you when ordering if you want flexible is steel lines. A pop up saying not available would help. You have no problem loading emails to my address I’m sure you can figure out how to let customers no when parts are not available for kits

  The overdrives ship out direct from the manufacture. We have notes online that those take quite some time to ship out. Perhaps it got damaged in shipping. Either way we are happy to help, but sounds like you already got taken care of on it. I see the one order just had a missed nut kit and you contacted us and we promptly expressed it out to you.   Looks like we shipped out what we had right away and the carburetor was delayed just a few days. Once it came in we shipped it out express at no cost. We emailed you on the temporary delay and an automatic email is sent out from Fedex/UPS with the tracking. Maybe they went to spam and then got deleted.   I have made recent purchases from this company with no regrets. Everything that I have ordered has fit perfectly with no issues They have all the parts that I have needed to repair the 1953 military jeep I'm working on. Some of the parts just are not available at the local parts store. I highly recommend buying from this company

  They do not know how to ship to Canada...just say you don't the products are exept from duties and taxes http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/publications/dm-md/d10/d10-15-20-eng.html because you do not know your own products are exempt my 160 dollar part is no at UPS asking for 121 additional dollars next time say no we don't know how to ship to Canada Alternatly you could have used USPS they would have only collected 22.50 sales tax even without the exeption

  We ship 1000's of boxes international every year more than any other Willys parts supplier. We typically try to mark parts as 'vintage' to help people out on their customs fees but we really dont have any control over what each customers individual country is going to charge them in customs.   We try to ship all our orders out within 1-2 business days. Looks like you put your PO box as a delivery address instead of a physical address. The Post Office is terribly slow. We prefer to get customers physical address so we can ship UPS or Fedex. They typically deliver in just 2-4 days. I'd love it if you would reconsider your review.   The online experience is awesome. Easy to use and the payment method is perfect for me. Because I travel around the country, I use three delivery addresses. The deliveries are always quick even when I change locations. Items are always in stock and if I'm having trouble determining a specific part the staff is great at helping get the correct part for my CJ2A.
